    APPLIATION Petition to classif status of alien relative r issuance of immigrant visa

    The petitioner has appealed om the decision of the US. itizenship and ImmigrationServices (IS) Field Oce Director, dated June 20, 202 revoking approva of the visa petitionsubmitted on behalf of the beneciary as the spouse of a United States citien IS revoked thepetition aer concluding that no immigrant petition could be approved on behalf of thebeneciary, because she had previously sought to be accorded immediate relative status as the

    spouse of a United States citien by reason of a marriage determined to have been entered intor the pupose of evading the immigration laws See section 204(c) of the Immigration andNationaliy Act, 8 U.S. l54(c) We review questions of law, discretion judgment, and ctarising in appeals om decisions ofIS ocers de novo See 8 F.R. 003l(d)(3) We wllsustain the appeal and remand the record to the Director.
