Dear MadamSir With reference to RTI Request No SSCERR201680070 filed on 07122016 I would like to state that I did not receive any reply within stipulated time hence making the First Appeal The matter of the filed RTI is as follows Tier 2 of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2016 conducted by Staff Selection Commission was held on 30112016 at various centers and one of such centers was EDUSURGE- MADHYAMGRAM The center belonged to SSC Eastern region I am seeking information related to the aforesaid examination and venue under RTI Act 2005 1 I would like to get the CCTV recordings for all the Computer LABs where examinations were conducted at this above mentioned center EDUSURGE- MADHYAMGRAM from 830 AM to 1330 PM of the said date ie 30th November 2016 2 I would also like to know what was the EXACT TIME when the LAST BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION was done at this EDUSURGE-MADHYAMGRAM center for Morning shift ie for appearing PAPER 1 and PAPER 2 individually on 30112016 3 I would like to know what was the EXACT TIME when PAPER 1 (Quantitative Abilities) began on that mentioned date and whether the said paper started for all candidates of that center at the same time together or there was any disparity I will be eagerly looking forward to your kind cooperation and hoping to get a quick and kind reply this time at least from your end Thank you Yours faithfully Arindam Majumdar

Sir It is a matter of sorrow to me that I was not allowed to seat for the Tier 2 re-examI am agreeing on some of the points you wrote like I got the entire 2 hours time for the exam but I have some concerns which are not at all generalised in nature as per your comments but I practically faced these problems I need specific clarifications for them as mentioned below While giving the exam I encountered atleast 40 questions for which althogh I selected the answers but the right side answer bar did not turn into green To make it green I had to click there multiple times sometimes needed to go to the next question and return back again to the previous question to reselect the answer or sometimes erase the answer and reselect it While doing these I lost 10-15 seconds for each questions So altogether I lost nearly 40 multiplied by 15 seconds which is almost 600 seconds ie 10 mins Had it not been so I could easily attempt 8-10 more questions These things basically affected my concentration level at the exam hall As a result of these I was not able to give the exam smoothly If no miracle happens I am almost out from CGLE where competition level is like sky-high and compelled to waste my entire one valuable year My question is that as an exam conducting authority what are the steps SSC has taken so far to validate my complaint Why I would get effectively 10 mins less time than the other candidats Is there any tool that can track and tell how many clicks I have made per question or how many times I navigated back and forth between questions abnormally If there is no such procedure then tell meis there any action SSC could take to prevent similar incidents in future
