Chez Rinox, notre mission est de poursuivre l’ inno vation et l’ introduction

régulière de produits d’Amé nagement, Maçonnerie et Maçonnerie Alternative.

Nos trois collections s’harmonisent parfaitement à tout projet grâce à des couleurs naturelles et à un design de qualité. Depuis sa fondation en 1997, Rinox déploie d’ambitieux efforts en

recherche et développement pour créer des produits d’aménagement paysager,

de revêtement extérieur et de décoration intérieure à la fois

prestigieux et performants.

At Rinox our mission is to continuously innovate and regularly

introduce new Landscaping, Masonry and Alternative Masonry products. Our three collections perfectly compliment

any project combining an array of colors and quality product design. Since

its founding in 1997, Rinox has invested ambitiously in a research and

development program to create products for landscaping, masonry, and interior design that offer both

avons mis en place des méthodes pour rédu-

ire les rejets de tous nos produits et nous

avons des systèmes installés dans toutes nos

usines contre la poussière et pour l’eff� icacité

énergétique. Nous sommes aussi fiers

d’annoncer que notre collection Maçonnerie

Alternative utilise des matières recyclées à

plus de 35% de leur volume métrique.

We are proud to state that Rinox has the

first fully automated, most advanced

wet-cast facility in Canada. Our Landscaping,

Masonry, and Alternative Masonry product

lines have the widest selection of colors, and

the most innovative designs. Additionally,

our products are all rigorously tested for

compression strength and freeze-thaw

durability and are proven to be among

the best in the industry.

Rinox makes a daily e ort to increase our

energy e ectiveness. To do this we have put

in place methods to reduce our breakage /

waste ratio and we have installed dust

filtration systems at all of our manufacturing

facilities. We are also excited to announce

that our Alternative Masonry collection now

uses over 35% metric Volume Consumer

Recycled Products during fabrication.

TOUTE INSTALLATION DE 100 PICA ET PLUS DE PRODUIT CONSTITUE L’ACCEPTATION DE TEXTURE DU PRODUIT ET ACCEPTATION DE LA COULEURAu moment de choisir les produits, le client devrait obtenir des produits provenant d’un même lot afin d’assurer que la dispersion de couleur soit optimale. Au moment de l’installation, le client devrait alterner les produits des dif-férentes palettes. En raison de la composition naturelle du béton, la correspondance des couleurs peut légèrement varier. Rinox n’est pas responsable de la variation de couleur du produit. L’efflorescence (petits cristaux blancs qui peuvent apparaître sur la surface des produits en béton) est un procédé naturel qui se disperse progressivement et ne compromet aucunement la qualité ou la valeur du produit. Certains produits chimiques peuvent accélérer le procédé de vieillissement naturel, cependant, il est recommandé de laisser vieillir naturellement. Dans aucun cas et dans aucun temps, le vendeur ne peut être tenu responsable de toute perte ou dommage causés directement ou indirectement, par l’usage de ce produit. Bien que la ligne de produits de béton coulé (collection maçonnerie alter-native, pierre Lugano, dalle et Marche Ardoise, Pas Japonais et pas Jardin) surpasse les standards de durabilité du Canada et des États-Unis, nous ne suggérons pas l’utilisation de chlorure de sodium sur ces produits.

At Rinox we pride ourselves in our industry leading customer service, vibrant colors, superior product quality and our lifetime warranty. Rinox offers a lifetime warranty for all its concrete products provided that the products are used and installed according to standard building codes, Rinox installation guidelines and/or accredited association installation guides (ICPI, NCMA, AEMQ). The Rinox lifetime warranty is provided to the original owner with proof of purchase. It is applicable solely on Rinox products and excludes all labour and installation fees. If it is determined that a product is covered under warranty, Rinox will replace the product only (excluding all labour). There are no warranties or guaranties, expressed or implied, of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to this product.

INSTALLATION OF OVER 100 SQ.FT OF PRODUCT CONSTITUTES PRODUCT TEXTURE AND COLOR ACCEPTANCE The customer is encouraged to pick and install from multiple skids under the same lot to ensure proper color dispersion. Rinox produces its concrete products from natural materials and slight variations in color may occur; therefore Rinox is not responsible for any variation in color. Efflorescence (small white crystals that may form on the surface of concrete products) is a naturally occurring process that dissipates over time. Chemicals can accele rate the aging process, however natural weathering is recommended.While our wetcast product line (Alternative Masonry products, Lugano Stone, Ardoise Tile & Step, Japanese Stone and Garden Stone) does conform to the latest Canadian and U.S.A. standards, we do not suggest the use of sodium chloride on such products.
