Lhypothse de travail - prambule - Vers la socit des savoirs du 21me sicle, la communaut mondiale des
citoyens sous le contrainte de dveloppement durable ncessite d'tre
englob par le reseau des citoyens qui sont devenue plus en plus puissantdans les savoirs de la science et de la technologie. Mais l'apport de cettepuissance n'atteind pas encore de maitriser le proccessus autonome de ladcision du choix de la science et de la technologie.
Dans l'histoire de l'humanit, la culture humaniste cherche toujoursl'harmonie d'entre l'opposition de technocratie (hgmonie des savoirs) et
techno-dmocartie, et les savoirs profanes cherchent aussi pour aboutir laralisation de crativit parfois opposante et parfois alternative. Pourquoi existe-il cette Trilogie ainsi sous plus ancienne forme de mythe de
l'harmonie entre la nature et l'tre humaine ? Peut-on encore rechercher laforme plus fine et complt quelque soit pour perfectionnner la digne del'humanit, soit pour limiter l'image de cette mythe de faon assez modernede notre rationalit d'interprter la science et technologie ?
Je pense que l'observation rationnelle et positive sur nos crativits descitoyens pourront nous rapporter une rfrence plus convainquante d'valuercette hypothse de Trilogie.

dans lhisotoire de Dialogue de Galilei Schma 1. La pense dductive
Par la mthodologie de la pense scientifique, Salviati (Galilei) a montr le
mouvement de la terre. Il a communiqu Simplitio(Pape) de sa thorie dusystme du monde. Simplitio naccepte pas dtre controvers de sondogma. Sagredo interviens dans cette change des opinions, et il formalisele processus de cette communication.
Schma 2. Le plus simple schmatisation quasi mcanique de la communication et de
transmission de message, souvent utilis pour lingneurie de tl-communication. La communication entre les hommes sont aussi similaire ce mcanisme, mais la comprhension de message impose la traductibilitle systme de pense sous-jacent de lun et de lautre.

La communication schmatis par une approche simple et intuitive
Schma 1. La pense dductive de Galilei oppos Pape, et tansmis dans la socit Rationalit des chacuns, des scientifiques, et de la socit manifeste dans la pense dductive.
Chacun observe le fait et tente de tirer la conclusion, ceci consiste la thorie engendr par ladduction. Mais la conclusion ne saccorde pas toujours lun lautre. Cest pour cela queloppinion soppose entre la socit et lexpertise.
Schma 2. Les facettes triad de la communication En plus dtail de cette communication, le pyramid (triangle color) consite au systme de
pense. Ceci existe dans le processus de communication entre Salviati et Simplitio, et mmeSagredo.
Ceci signigie que la communication et la transmission des messages nest pas simple en lignie
droite entre trois personnes, mais ces trois acteurs disoudrent dans la relation tri-angulaire : lehaut tien linitiative dans la communication et la transmission des savoirs.
La phse dont Simplitio tient linitiative, la quelle la majorit des peuples dans la socitesaccorde. Cest une sorte de dmocratie par la majorit, la socit de consommation, ou parfoisle fascisme.
La phase dont Salviati prend linitiative. La socit autoritaire ou dune sorte de techno-cratie. La phase dont Sagredo prend linitiative, par lequel tous les messages formul sous une forme
informative. La socit par lintermdiat de lagent, ou la socit contractuelle. Lhgmonie delautorit des savoirs plus au moins dmocratis, dit Techno-dmocratie. Toute ensemble dans le schma 2

Linteraction entre la technologie et la socit passe la phase de maturi. Il secommunique lun et lautre. Parmis cette phase, lappuye de Technologie-Pushinfluence sur la manire de voir lvolution de la techonologie-socit, dit,ROADMAP. Lappuye de Market-Pull influence sur la manire de voir dedveloppement par linitiative de la socit, dit, Agenda sociale.

Au cours du temps, la socit et la technologie voluent sous linfluencemutuelle. Lintraction sintensifie, et parfois, ils se mlange. Celui passe laphase de hybridation dentre la technologie et la socit.

Lhypothse de travail - prambule - Je pose mon hypothse comme suivante ; Vers la socit de savoirs, la communaut mondiale ncessite d'tre englob
par le reseaux des citoyens qui sont devenue plus en plus puissant dans lessavoirs de science et de technologie. Mais l'apport de cette puissancen'atteind pas encore de maitriser le procedure autonome de la dcisionconcernant le choix de technologie.
Dans l'histoire de l'humanit, la culture humaniste cherche toujoursl'harmonie d'entre l'opposition de technocratie et techno-dmocartie, mais lacivilisation ne le permet pas toujours.
Pourquoi existe-il cette trilogie ainsi sous plus ancienne forme de mythe del'harmonie entre la nature et l'tre humaine ? Peut-on encore rechercher laforme plus fine et complt quelque soit exister pour perfectionnner la dignede l'humanit, ou doit-on limiter l'image de cette mythe de faon assezmoderne de notre rationalit d'interprter la science et technologie ?
Je pense que l'observation assez rationnelle sur nos crativits des citoyenspourront nous rapporter une rfrence plus convainquante d'valuer cesdeux cas.
