Mahomet et la Nudité

En Islam, il est illégal de découvrir les parties intimes du corps (ou awra).

Awrah or Awrat (Arabic: عورة) is a term used within Islam which denotes the intimate parts of the body, for both men and women, which must be covered with clothing. Exposing the awrah is unlawful in Islam and is regarded as sin. (Wikipedia)

Traduction:Exposer la awra est illégal en Islam et est considéré comme péché.

La awra de l'homme est la partie du corps située entre le nombril et les genoux.

In Sunni* interpretations, the awrah of a man refers to the part of the body between the navel and the knees which must be covered when in public and also during prayer. (Wikipedia)

Traduction:Dans les interprétations sunnites*, la awra d'un homme se réfère à la partie du corps située entre le nombril et les genoux et qui doit être couverte en public et aussi pendant la prière.

*Note: L'Islam Sunnite est la plus grande branche de Islam.

imiter*" pour tous les musulmans.

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:While Allah's Apostle was carrying stones (along) with the people of Mecca for (the building of) the Ka'ba wearing an Izar (waist-sheet cover), his uncle Al-'Abbas said

to him, "O my nephew! (It would be better) if you take off your Izar and put it over your shoulders underneath the stones." So he took off his Izar and put it over his shoulders, but he fell unconscious and since then he had never been seen naked.

Alors, il ôta son Izar et l'a mis sur ses épaules, mais il a perdu connaissance et depuis, il n'a jamais été vu nu.

The Prophet rode and Abu Talha rode too and I was riding behind Abu Talha. The Prophet passed through the lane of Khaibar quickly and my knee was touching the thigh of the Prophet . He uncovered his thigh and I saw the whiteness of the thigh of the Prophet.

..mon genoux touchait la cuisse du Prophète. Il a découvert sa cuisse et j'ai vu la blancheur de la cuisse du Prophète.

Sayyidah Aisha (RA) narrated: When Zayd ibn Harithah came to Madinah, Allah’s Messenger (SAW) was in my home. He came and knocked at the door. Allah’s Messenger (SAW) stood up naked, dragging his garment. By Allah, I have never seen him naked before that or after that. He embraced him and kissed him.

..il (Zayd) vint et frappa à la porte. Le Messager d'Allah se leva nu, traînant son vêtement. Par Allah, je ne l'ai jamais vu nu avant ça ni après ça. Il le prit dans ses bras et l'embrassa.
