A programme of non-invasive (lidar, topographic and geophysical) surveys and excavation to determine the date and function of the Oldbury Camp scheduled monument

Area-wide historic landscape study looking at new data from the lidar and aerial photographs

“Tales of the Vale”

A programme of research looking at the documentary, cartographic and photographic archives alongside artistic depictions of the area culminating in a book and exhibition

Oral History

An oral history project to collect memories and stories of the Vale. The aim is to capture the human story of the landscape, its traditions and how it has changed within living memory.
