designated load zone
● Personal Luggage is picked up on carousel and loaded
onto designated coach buses
● Sports equipment is loaded onto sport specific trucks by
the participants
● Buses are dispatched to the Athletes’ Village
● Trucks are dispatched to the appropriate sport venue.

NUTRITION - 2-3 days before..
• Focus on high quality meals, getting the
best nutrition possible
• Eat food you are accustomed to. Don’t
eat anything that you are not familiar with
• Find a good balance of fruits and veggies
• Drink lots of water!

PREPARATION - 2-3 days before..
• Have all your laundry and packing done
ahead of time. Nothing robs from a good
night sleep than staying up late trying to
pack the night before a trip.
• Create your own flight kit
– Healthy snacks, headphones, movies.
