TRAINING COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We design our publicly scheduled courses for approximately fifteen (15) participants. A place is reserved

once a written registration by email / post is received by IET on first come first serve basis.

2. Upon completion of registration fees, all the relevant documents & Course material (course content) for

seminar will sent to the candidates.

3. Course fee includes lunch and two teas on all days of the course.

4. Bags and stationery will be provided to all candidates.

5.

Final course confirmation will be sent at least three (3) weeks prior to the start date of the course.

6. Every part of the Seminar session will be backed up by extensive review and model test sessions.

7. Seminar will be conducted in an Air-conditioned conference hall by leading industry professionals.

8. Information about the participants and other related details will not be disclosed to a third party, without

the written consent from the same.

9. Course Completion Certificate will be given upon successful completion of the seminar.

10. If you have not received joining instructions within 14 days of forwarding Booking Form, please contact us

by email or phone.

11.Cancellation or postponement of the course in writing, prior to 15 days of the commencement date, 50%

of course fee will be refunded / adjusted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT USE OF CODE BOOKS

1. As per API directives, Exam Package or code books used for the ICP Exams should be in original. Hence it is

mandatory for attending all participants appearing for the ICP exams to purchase a licensed copy of the

Exam pack / code books from an API authorized distributor.

2. The API authorized publication and exam packs distributors are IHS (USA), Techstreet (USA) and Book

Supply Bureau (BSB India). The Exam Pack can be obtained directly from them.

3.

Exam packs can be purchased in hard copy or can be downloaded as soft copy (PDF).

4. Trainees registered with IET for the training course are entitled for a discount of 20% on code books.

5. The cost of the exam packs of 2014 are as under follows:

6. Participants who wish to purchase exam packs at the 20% discounted rate will have to mandatorily registerat IET for the ICP training program. Only participants registered as a trainee is eligible for the 20%discount.

Participants will have to make the payment directly to Book Supply Bureau, New Delhi, India. Payment canbe made by wire transfer / by DD Payable at New Delhi, India. Strictly no cash or cheque payments willbe accepted.

IET Trainees have an option of submitting their DD (drawn in favor of Book Supply Bureau) forpurchase of Exam packs to IET office along with the training fees and API Exam Fees DD and applicationforms. IET will arrange to forward your exam pack order to BSB and will also pass on the payment to BSB.In case participants make a wire transfer to BSBs bank account directly, they can still place a request withIET to process their exam pack order with BSB, by forwarding the copy of the wire transfer advice.

9. Hard copy exam packs will be couriered to the participants preferred address (Within India) directly fromBSB.

Soft copies (If opted for) can be downloaded from anywhere. BSB / Techstreet / IHS will provide access totheir site from where soft copy of the exam pack can be downloaded.

11.Since the 20% discount on exam packs is being extended by API only to the participants of an API certifiedtraining company, BSB / Techstreet / IHS will supply the exam pack at the 20% discounted rate only uponconfirmation from IET that the participant is registered with IET for training.
