Due to their independent status for the purposes of quality assur-ance, the testing institute and certification body are obliged to keepall data secret. Therefore the institute gives a guarantee of absolutesecrecy. These data are exclusively used to determine the numberof tests necessary for the certification.

Contact details (company, responsible person, address, e-mail ad-dress, telephone and fax number) as well as information about thecertificate (certificate number, name of products , product class, in-formation validity , etc.) are transmitted during the certificationprocess to the OEKO-TEX® Association, Genferstrasse 23,CH-8027 Zurich and processed there further.
