WHEREAS, the BAC convene to treat one subrfutted approved purchase request for

WHEREAS, upon careful val.idaton, exam.Inat'ion and in cons.ideration of the urgency of therequirement, as per GPPB Resolution No, 09-2009 dtd. November 23, 2009 the BAC recommended thealternative method of procurement for the items mentioned under PR # 2020.09.0106 did. 09/15/2020.
