COMPTE RENDU :

PAQ & PHSE :

- SIEMENS had present their PAQ & PHSE/- SIEMENS made a HSE induction on this day (21/09) with participation of SGTM &

CEGELEC.

Material receiving:

- SIEMENS will have material receiving reports to share with EEM,- If there is a repair on blade, NCR wil l be raised and SIEMENS will share the NCR

report with client with corrective action taken and situation before and after.

Chemicals & Dangerous products:

- A closed area is designed to keep all products used by Siemens with limitedaccess to their staff.

Lifting Equipments:

- SIEMENS will complete the method statement given as hard copy, by list of liftingequipments and certificates (crane conductor and operator training, slingscertificates,etc)

Transportation Interface:

- The transport can present risk to block other trucks when transporting SIEMENSequipments.

Medical conditions:

- SIEMENS have an arrangement with Clinique de DETROIT in Tanger-

Coordination will be done with SWP sub-contractors to have the same Clinique- Ambulance will be on site next week (W39).

Daily Briefings:

- SGTM, CEGELEC & SIEMENS will have a daily briefing at 16h00 for the activitiesplanned for D+1.

Signs:

- Signalisation on site will be installed in French & English.Risk assessments :

- SIEMENS present a folder (hard copy)- SIEMENS will prepare a list of the activities that present a interface work between

them and CEGELEC and will share it with EEM for dispatching.

Cadencement : 2,5 Turbine/week.
