2012
Engagement à produire cette statistique pour 2013. Solution retenue PMSI
(Instruction DGS/DGOS/DREES/MC1/R3/BESC no 2011-403 du 26 octobre
2011)

An intrauterine fetal demise is when
there is a spontaneous loss of fetal
heart activity ≥14 WG
Lancet stillbirths, vol 377, Avril 2011 : National, regional, and worldwide estimates of stillbirth rates in 2009 with trends since
1995: a systematic analysis.

OMS, Cepidc (Centre
d'épidémiologie sur les causes
médicales de décès)
Causes de décès = maladies, états
morbides ou traumatismes qui ont
abouti ou contribué au décès
Cause initiale de décès = maladie ou
le traumatisme qui a déclenché
l'évolution morbide conduisant
directement au décès

“we allocated the classification systems to one of three categories: ‘when’, ‘what’ or ‘why’, dependent
on whether the allocation of the individual cases of perinatal mortality is based :
on the moment of death (‘when’),
the clinical conditions associated with death (‘what’),
or the underlying cause of death (‘why’).”

- Codes manquants: description placenta
CPDPN - 14 oct 2014 24
Dans le contexte PMSI
Exemples:
