• Parents can pay by cash or cheque. Cheque should be payable

to “The IMC of Chiu Sheung School, Hong Kong”. Please write

your child’s name, class and parent’s telephone number on the

back of the cheque. (One cheque is for one item only)

家長如需替請假學生取功課，請通知校務處職員。 Parents may pick your child’s homework on request. Please let us know when you contact the school office.

家長須在學生手冊「告假紀錄」(P.20-23) 欄註明。 Parents need to indicate the reason of absence on P.20-23 in the of student’s handbook.

請病假兩天之學生，須附上醫生證明書或書面通知。 Doctor’s certificate is required for more than 2 days sick-leave.

如家長沒有通知校方學生請假，請假當天會作曠課論。 If parents do not inform the school on the day of

your child’s absence, the day will be marked as

truancy.

按照教育局「及早知會程序」，不論學生的缺席原因為何，學校在學生連續缺課的第七天，務必向教育局申報。 According to the “Early Notification System”, the

school will report the case without delay to EDB on

the 7th day of the student’s continuous absence

disregard of the reasons for absence.


如學生身體不適，班主任或校務處職員會致電通知家長/監護人到校接回學生。

If a student is not feeling well, class teacher or office staff will call the parent / guardian to pick up their child at school. 家長預先在手冊早退欄註明早退時間及原因。 If parents / guardians need to pick up their children early from school for a medical appointment or any other reason. Please indicate the date, time & reason in the handbook in advance. * 家長須親自到校接回早退學生。 Only Parents / Guardians will be able to pick up your child during school time .
