This superlight, high modulus, monocoque carbon frameset has been developed to as-tonish even the most demanding athlete.

Particular focus was given to engineering the high stress areas of the frame, including the bottom bracket, head tube and seat tube. This produced a frame that maintains a high level of stiffness and rigidity.

ACCIAIO

A special treatment process on the inside and outside of the tubing, guarantees corrosion resistance, while expert tig welding lowers the overall weight of the frame.

The ACCIAIO is recommended for riders that are looking for a high level alternative to the traditional carbon frames, that are prepared to be amazed once more by the performance of a steel frame.

Handmade in Italy the ACCIAIO is constructed from Dedacciai’s top-grade steel tubing. Dedacciai has a long history of working with steel and believes that it is a material where there are still innovations to be made, consequently they are always upgrading the quality and technology of their steel tubesets.

The ACCIAIO is particularly suited to training and long distance riding, with the tapered headtube and monocoque, pro-level RS carbon fork adding to the frame’s comfort.

The frameset is paired with the pro-level RS monocoque full carbon fork, engineered by Dedacciai for competitions, has great stability, lightness and stiffness on every kind of road. The weight of the fork is only 360g.

You can use this frameset for training, sportives or just for an escape once a day: ask a lot of it and it will never let you down.

This superb frameset is named after Dedacciai’s proprietary Titanium tubing. This unique material is one of the most advanced materials used in frame production today, being 40% lighter than steel and 50% stiffer than aluminium.

Big diameters to maximize the stiffness on the front, specific tube sets engineered by Dedacciai to have the right resistance for endurance, new advanced slopping geometry with a compact rear and oversize dropouts, pre-bent vertically to face the road.

The SUPERTRACK frameset is the only alloy track frame on the market comparable to a monocoque carbon frame in terms of lightness and stiffness. The F-50 carbon fork and 1 1/8” steerer tube has a 30 degree rake specifically for the track, giving the rider precise control during bends and when overtaking in the velodrome.
