D’ici 2030, de nombreux métiers vont évoluer, d’autres disparaitre et d’autres encore voir le jour. Nos sociétés sont confrontées à de profondes mutations économiques, technologiques, environnementales et sociétales. La montée en puissance d’une économie de partage en est le parfait révélateur. Le renforcement de l’orientation et de la formation tout au long de la vie et plus globalement la sécurisation des parcours professionnels s’imposent donc comme des défis majeurs pour nos sociétés. Les Cités des métiers, acteurs locaux et régionaux de l’Accueil, de l’Information et de l’Orientation reçoivent des publics variés (ex : étudiant.e.s, salarié.e.s, personnes sans emploi) et notamment des jeunes, qui rencontrent de plus en plus de difficultés dans leurs choix d’orientation et d’insertion professionnelle. Pour aider ces personnes à s’adapter aux changements à venir, les Cités des métiers veulent proposer de nouvelles solutions innovantes et durables au sein des territoires en France et à l’international. Le fonds Effervescence permet ainsi aux Cités des métiers de renforcer leurs actions auprès des publics en mobilisant des partenariats entreprises en faveur de l’insertion professionnelle des publics.

By 2030, many professions will evolve, disappear or others emerge. Our societies are facing far-reaching economic, technological, environmental and societal changes as shown by the development of an economy based on sharing. The strengthening of guidance and lifelong learning and more generally the safeguarding of professional career paths appear therefore as huge challenges for our societies. The Cités des métiers, as local and regional actors for reception, information and guidance receive a variety of audiences (eg. students, employees, unemployed people) and in particular young people, who have experimented more and more difficulties in their choices of guidance and vocational integration. In order to support people adapt themselves to the coming changes, the Cités des métiers want to propose new innovative and sustainable solutions for territories in France and abroad. The Effervescence fund enables thus the Cités des métiers to strengthen their action for people while mobilising compagny partnerships in favor of the vocational integration of people.

Depuis l’ouverture de la Cité des métiers de Paris-la-Villette en 1993 au sein de la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, plus d’une trentaine d’espaces similaires dédiés à l’orientation et à la formation tout au long de la vie ont été ouverts. En 2001, ces structures indépendantes juridiquement et financièrement, se sont fédérées en un Réseau International des Cités des métiers (association loi de 1901). On compte aujourd’hui 36 Cités des métiers, dont près de la moitié en France. Le Réseau est implanté dans 10 pays et 3 continents.Les atouts du Réseau international des Cité des métiers : ■ le label «Cité des métiers» délivré par Universcience (Cité des

Sciences et de l’Industrie), un modèle d’essaimage de bonnes pratiques dans le domaine de l’Accueil, de l’Information et de l’Orientation ;

■ une approche multi-partenariale permettant l’échange d’expérience et l ’émergence de nouvelles solutions innovantes ;

■ un maillage territorial reposant sur de solides relations avec des partenaires publics et privés ;

■ une approche décloisonnée du conseil.

Since the opening of the Cité des métiers de Paris-la-Villette within the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in 1993, more than thirty similar spaces dedicated to guidance and lifelong learning in project or operating have been set up. In 2001, these legally and financially independent structures were gathered into the Cités des métiers International Network (association loi de 1901). Today there are 36 Cités des métiers, which almost half are in France. The Network operates in 10 countries among 3 continents.The strengths of the Cités des métiers International Network are: ■ the label «Cité des métiers» delivered

by Universcience (Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie), as a model for disseminating good practices in the field of reception, information and guidance ;

■ a multi-stakeholder approach that allows experience sharing and the development of new and innovate solutions ;

■ a territorial grid built on strong relationships with public and private partners ;

■ a decompartmentalised approach of the Counselling.

Effervescence est un fonds dédié à la sécurisation des parcours professionnels. Il a pour objet de favoriser, de soutenir et de développer des activités sociales d’intérêt général en France et à l’international. Sa mission est plus précisément de contribuer à l’insertion professionnelle des personnes en situation d’échec professionnel et personnel, ou rencontrant des difficultés d’insertion sur le marché du travail. Les Cités des métiers et leurs partenaires partagent des valeurs communes qu’elles font vivre au sein du Réseau international des Cités des métiers depuis 2001. Ce sont ces valeurs qui guident aujourd’hui leur action dans le cadre du fonds de dotation.

Effervescence is a fund dedicated to the safeguarding of professional career paths. Its purpose is to encourage, support and develop social activities of general interest in France and in the world. Its mission is, more precisely, to contribute to the vocational integration of who are facing difficulties or failed on the labour market. The Cités des métiers and their partners share common values that they make life within the Cités des métiers International Network since 2001. These are the values which currently guide their activities in the framework of the endowment fund.

INTERGENERATIONAL EXCHANGE OF SKILLSEncourage the transfer of knowledge, professional skills, soft skills and trigger inter and transgenerational exchanges.

Le fonds peut également intervenir sur d’autres thématiques proches, comme l’entrepreneuriat social, l’intégration ou l’inter-culturalité. Une attention particulière sera portée à l’IMPACT du projet sur le territoire donné, son caractère INNOVANT et TRANSPOSABLE à d’autres territoires.

Les projets sont portés par les Cités des métiers avec la possible collaboration de partenaires territoriaux. Chaque projet est évalué avant, pendant et après sa mise en œuvre. La méthodologie proposée s’appuie sur une approche à la fois qualitative et quantitative.

The fund can also be involved in other closed areas such as social entrepreneurship, integration or the multicultural diversity. A particular attention will be made to the IMPACT of each project on the territory concerned; it is INNOVATIVE and DISSEMINABLE character in other territories.

Projects are led by the Cités des metiers with possible territorial partners. Each project is evaluated before, during and after its implementation. The methodology proposed is based on a qualitative and quantitative approach.
