Porcelanosa utilise l’essence du bois de chêne pour produire un grès cérame technique de grande résistance (PASSAGE INTENSE [U4P3]) ciblé principalement aux espaces commerciaux.

Une sélection des meilleurs bois neutres et pratiquement sans nœuds qui servent d’inspiration pour fabriquer des pièces en céramique de la plus haute qualité, très élégantes et qui simulent une finition brossée.

Cette nouvelle collection Par-Ker®, d’un format de 19,3 cm x 120 cm, est disponible en cinq coloris différents (Roble, Arce, Natural, Nut et Grey) et peut même être sélectionnée dans une finition antidérapante pour les zones humides et l’extérieur.

This new Par-Ker® collection, with a format of 19.3 cm x 120 cm, is available in five different colors (Roble, Arce, Natural, Nut and Grey) and can even be selected in anti-slip finish for use in wet areas and outdoors.

Certification UPEC La certification UPEC, gérée par le CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment), aboutit à une classification de l’utilisation du carrelage céramique pour les sols. Il s’agit d’une classification fonctionnelle,avec une forte implantation en France, indispensable pour la réalisation des espaces public en carrelage depuis 1983. En fonction du degré de résistance aux agents mécaniques, physiques et chimiques, on s’efforce de déterminer l’aptitude à l’emploi d’un carreau donné dans un endroit spécifique. On classifie à la fois les locaux et les carreaux et on établit ainsi l’évaluation minimale d’un matériau spécifique en fonction des exigences des locaux à revêtir. La série Orléans*, à caractère éminemment technique, atteint une évaluation optimale selon les critères établis, avec un classement U4P3E3C2 D+, permettant ainsi de couvrir des locaux de haute exigence en zones commerciales, administratives, restauration, hôtellerie, centres éducatifs, centres sanitaires,... De plus, la certification supplémentaire D+ signifie que cette série a dû dépasser des contrôles dimensionnels plus exigeants (seuls les produits les meilleurs en stabilité dimensionnelle sont certifiés par ce paramètre), ce qui permet d’obtenir une surface plus homogène, sans saillie et favorise une meilleure agilité dans la pose des carreaux, réduisant ainsi les temps de cette opération et minimisant ainsi les coûts. * La certification de la série Orléans ne s’applique pas à la finition antidérapante.

UPEC certification UPEC certification, managed by the French organisation CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment), results in a classification of the use of ceramic tiles for flooring. This is a functional classification, with a large presence in France, essential for flooring public areas and applicable to ceramic tiles since 1983. An attempt is made to resolve the suitability for use of a given tile in a specific location depending on the degree of resistance to mechanical, physical and chemical agents. Both premises and tiles are classified and in this way the minimum rating of a specific material is established according to the requirements of the premises to be tiled. The Orleans* series, with an eminently technical character, achieves an optimum rating according to the established criteria, with a U4P3E3C2 D+ classification, thus allowing high-demand premises to be tiled in commercial areas, administrative areas, restaurants, hotels, educational centres, health centres, ... In addition, the additional D+ certification means that this series has had to overcome more demanding dimensional controls (only the best products in dimensional stability are certified by this parameter), which allows a more homogeneous surface to be obtained, without protrusions, and allows for greater agility in tile installation, reducing the times of this operation and therefore minimizing costs. * The Orleans series certification does not apply to the non-slip finish.

RÉSISTANCE AU FEU/FIRE RESISTANT

Il est ignifuge, conformément aux exigences du Code technique espagnol de la construction (CTE), à respecter obligatoirement en Espagne. Non seulement, il ne brûle pas, mais il agit également comme une barrière en cas d’incendie.

Par-Ker® is rated as fireproof under the Spanish Building Code (the CTE), a mandatory building regulation in Spain. Not only is it non-combustible, but it also acts as a barrier in the event of fire.

INALTÉRABLE/UNALTERABLE

La surface du matériau supporte l’effet du soleil sans subir de changement par rapport à la couleur et aux nuances d’origine.

Par-Ker’s surface can withstand the effects of sunlight, with its original colour and shade remaining unaltered.

ANTI-HUMIDITÉ/DAMP PROOF

Sa faible porosité permet de repousser l’eau. C’est un matériau idéal pour les zones humides, telles que les salles de bains et les cuisines. Il est également parfait pour l’extérieur, les abords piscines et toutes les surfaces situées en plein air.

Due to its low porosity, Par-Ker® repels water. This makes it ideal for wet areas such as bathrooms or kitchens. It is also perfect for poolside areas or for any other outdoor surface.

AUCUN ENTRETIEN/NO MAINTENANCE

Il ne nécessite aucun traitement de surface après la pose, ni d’entretien ultérieur.

Once it has been laid, Par-Ker® needs no surface treatment or subsequent maintenance.
