CARACTÉRISTIQUE

STARLAM® est un système de plafond ouvert et décoratif avec de nom-

breuses possibilités de pose, ex. diagonale, verticale, bandeaux décoratifs, en combi-naison avec des bacs rectangulaires ou autres plafonds alvéolaires.

La conception donne une image plus uni-forme et linéaire, elle crée une impression de transparence. En utilisant des lames de couleurs différentes vous allez créer de nouveaux designs.

La gamme des effets lumières et des pos-sibilités, s’étend d’un éclairage intensif obtenu avec des spots, à un éclairage discret de l’arrière-plan. Nous vous recom-mandons les downlights à DEL affichés aux pages 16 et 17.

CHARACTERISTIC

STARLAM® is an open, decorative ceil-ing system, available in a choice of

colours designed with many different open plan applications in mind, i.e. diagonally, different levels, vertically or in combination with other metal open cell ceilings or metal infill tiles.

The design allows the lower blades to run in one direction with the upper blades set back and running at right angles. The spe-cial configuration creates a pronounced linear effect, which can be enhanced with the integration of lighting both above or within the ceiling enabling attractive pat-terns to be created. The effects can range from intense spotlighting to subdued back-ground illumination. We recommend to use the LED downlights shown on the pages 16 and 17.

CHARAKTERISTIK

STARLAM® ist ein offenes, dekoratives Deckensystem mit vielen Möglichkei-

ten der Verlegung, z. B. diagonal, abge-stuft, vertikal, oder auch in Kombination mit Langfeldplatten oder anderen Metallras-terdecken.

Die Art der Konstruktion ergibt eine akzentu-ierte Linienführung und sorgt für eine klare Atmosphäre. Werden die STARLAM®-Profile verschiedenfarbig lackiert, entstehen voll-kommen neue Deckendesigns.

Die Skala der Lichteffekte und Möglichkei-ten reicht von der intensiven Spotbeleuch-tung bis hin zur dezenten Hintergrundbe-leuchtung. Wir empfehlen die auf den Seiten 16 und 17 gezeigten LED-Downlights.

VARIANTES | MONTAGE HORIZONTAL

Les porteurs sont suspendus sous la dalle avec un entraxe de 600 mm. Les sus-pentes utilisées correspondent à la norme EN 13964 ou équivalente selon le pays. L’en-traxe pour les suspentes est env. 1 000 mm. La hauteur de suspension minimale est env. 115 mm. Les panneaux pré montés 600 x 1 200 mm sont accrochés dans les porteurs.

VARIANTS | HORIZONTAL INSTALLATION

The main carriers are installed first and lev-elled accurately at 600 mm centres and suspended at maximum 1 200 mm cen-tres from the structural soffit on approved hangers [suspension height void minimum 115 mm]. Adjacent main carrier lengths are locked in position using carrier splicers. The 600 x 1 200 mm STARLAM® pre-assembled panels are then offered up above the main carriers, the panel blades with nibs on the two long sides are aligned with the cut outs on the main carrier, the panel is then drawn down until firmly in position.

MONTAGE HORIZONTAL

Les profilés porteurs U 94 sont suspendus avec un entraxe de 1 200 mm [1 250 mm]. L’entraxe des tiges filetées est d’env. 1 000 mm, la hauteur de suspension mini-male est de 150 mm. Les panneaux pré-montés sont encliquetés dans le rail por-teur U 94 avec les épingles-ressorts C 94. Tous les panneaux sont basculants.

Si la hauteur de suspension le permet, le montage peut se faire avec le porteur pri-maire U 1040 pour une meilleure rigidité transversale. Nous recommandons cette rigidité transversale pour chaque hauteur de suspension et cette dernière est obliga-toire à partir de 500 mm.

HORIZONTAL INSTALLATION

The carrier profiles U 94 are suspended at a distance of 1 200 mm [1 250 mm]. The distance of the threaded rods is approx. 1 000 mm, the suspension height 150 mm. The pre-assembled panel cells are snap-fitted into the carrier U 94 with the help of the spring panel hanger C 94. All panels can be hinged down.

The installation can be done by using the L-shaped primary carrier U 1040 for cross-bracing if the suspension height will allow it. We recommend this cross-bracing for every suspension height and for more than 500 mm, the use of the cross-bracing is necessary.

HORIZONTALE VERLEGUNG

Die Trageprofile U 94 werden im Abstand von 1 200 mm [1 250 mm] abgehängt. Der Abstand der Gewindestäbe beträgt ca. 1 000 mm, die Mindestabhängehöhe 150 mm. Die vormontierten Rasterfelder werden über die Haltefeder C 94 in die Tra-geschiene U 94 eingerastet. Alle Felder sind abklappbar.

Wenn es die Abhängehöhe zulässt, kann die Montage mit dem Rostwinkel U 1040 als Queraussteifung erfolgen. Wir empfehlen diese Queraussteifung bei jeder Abhänge-höhe und ab 500 mm ist sie notwendig.
