Available in two different dough recipes (butter or margarine), with a light and flaky texture they will suit everybody. Thanks to our specific manufacturing & packing process, these products are ready to be served with a savoury filling but also with a sweet or creamy filling.The tasteful and crispy Vol-Au-Vent is one of our main manufacturing specialities appreciated in allEuropean countries. The discs and the Napoleon sheets are ideal to create the famous vanilla slice and please all your guests, adults or younger. Like tart cases, the tartlet's can be used for sweet pastries with fruit and custard or for savoury tarts like quiches, and will allow you to create a variety of starters and desserts for everybody's pleasure. The famous and classical chocolate chips brownies,plain or with nuts, and the “Délice Moelleux”, our exclusive chocolate or lemon flavour recipes.
