Für die Etikettierung von Industrieprodukten sind Sachverstand und Kenntnis um die Einsatzbereiche der unterschiedlichen Etiketten zwingend erforderlich. Einzelne Stationen, die das etikettierte Substrat durchläuft, dessen Lebensdauer, Transport- und Lagerbedingungen, Verwendungszweck sowie Beanspruchung (klimatische Bedingungen wie Feuchtigkeit, Temperatur usw.) müssen bekannt sein.
Die Industriebranche ist enorm vielfältig und täglich ergeben sich neue Herausforderungen:
Automobilindustrie (elektrische Verdrahtung, Pneumatik…) einschließlich Verbrauchsgüter (Schmiermittel, Reinigungsprodukte, Waschmittel…)
Lebensmittelindustrie
Chemische Industrie (Etiketten unterliegen der Norm BS5609 für den Seetransport)
Farbmittel für Papieretiketten im Innenbereich oder synthetische Etiketten im Außenbereich
Unsere Produkte sind für die üblichen Drucktechniken wie Flexodruck, Buchdruck und Siebdruck geeignet. Einige Druckmedien können ohne vorherige Bearbeitung digital bedruckt werden. Die meisten unserer Produkte lassen sich mit einem geeigneten Farbband sowie der Einstellung von Druckparametern außerdem per Thermotransfer bedrucken.

Labelling in industry requires a good knowledge of the processes to which the labels will be subjected. Our products are printed by traditional printing techniques such as flexography, letterpress, screen printing. Some are printable using digital techniques without prior treatment. The majority of our products are also printable by thermal transfer with a suitable choice of ribbon and a defined printer setting.

L’étiquetage des produits industriels, une affaire de spécialistes.
L‘étiquetage en milieu industriel requiert une connaissance et une expertise des procédés auxquels les étiquettes seront soumises. Il est essentiel de connaître le parcours que suivra le substrat étiqueté, sa durée de vie, les conditions de transport, de stockage et d’utilisation. Enfin, il est indispensable de connaître les contraintes auxquelles il sera soumis (conditions climatiques : humidité, température …).

Les peintures, identifiées au moyen d’étiquettes papier lors d’un usage à l’intérieur ou d’étiquettes synthétiques pour un usage à l’extérieur.
Nos produits sont imprimables par les techniques d’impression traditionnelles comme la flexographie, la typographie, la sérigraphie. Certains supports sont imprimables en numérique sans traitement préalable. La majorité de nos produits sont aussi imprimables par transfert thermique moyennant un choix adéquat de ruban et un réglage des paramètres de l’imprimante.
