Various sports facilities are arranged by some clear axis and, more
connected to the transverse axis of access, we put the CRAD, the
building that contains the indoor sports facilities (gym and
multipurpose room). For the football field 11 and its track we
design a sli- pway with a singular cover. All these elements toge-
ther with the two soccer fields 7,the multifields, the fronton and
the recreational program are connected by an ordered network of
paths.
deporti- vos interiores (gimnasio y salón multiusos).
caminos.

La Loma Queretaro born with the desire to join the practice and
sport improvement to the disclosure of the values of health and
exercise effort. From orien- tation requirements of different outer
tracks, the pro- gram is organized in a cross floor, so thanks to a
simple strategy of levels allows to segregate athlete and viewer,
simultaneously, minimizing the routes thereof between the different
spaces.

The new Community Center Bet-El should become a meeting point and
celebration of this Jewish com- munity in Bosques colony. The
building is organized in two main parts: the large temple and the
event room, which for its size and needs get a special im-
portance. Around it, the rest of the program is arran- ged as a
filter between the access road and the extraordinary private
garden, which extends over much of the south facade of the
building. The main facade folds as urban demand of the faithful and
as a formal analogy of la Torah.
Torah.

The proposal consists of digging down and doing a big hole. We fill
it out with regular pieces and rectan- gles that will use for the
workshops and the rest of the program. The remaining space between
the regular pieces becomes patios where we can go out and the light
come in, and the ceiling becomes a roof where the students,
teachers, workers...can stay, enjoy and use for diferent
activities, as an extension of the pa- tios.

What is proposed is more a pavilion in the park than a conventional
apartment building. It is an element more of the existing park like
the mountain viewpoint and the labyrinth. The proposal recreates a
protected courtyard inside the park opened. Each apartment has a
direct access provided from the outside, an interior facade that
overlooks the park with large holes that group several plants and
host areas of common services and social interac- tion.

The aparthotel is envisioned as a shading envelope that creates
exterior areas protected from the sun. Its aim is to recover a
naturally acclimatised exte- rior area for activities. By means of
the structure of different densities depending on it orientation,
the shadow envelope and the interior facade, a second skin,
establish a flexible realtionship, approaching and moving apart
from each other depending on the program. The first skin provides
the experience of shadow, the second skin keeps a controlled en-
vironment.

Luxury hotel located above the metro and train sta- tion Arc de
Triomf in Barcelona. Being on top of a slab of two meters thick
which will serve as the sta- tion roof and floor of the building,
we can say that the foundations disappear and appear many small
pillars spread over this slab, which allow light to en- ter and out
the hotel chassis. To likened the building to a classic “Eixample”
buil- ding we decided to break it into two blocks, whe- re the
upper floors are topped by a multi-purpose rooms from which you can
see all of Barcelona.

The Sant Jordi sports center releases a large square and
concentrates much of the sports program below it. It generates a
relevant public space, a new park for the city interrelation, from
which emerge the most unique program bodies, giving façade, set

The proposal refuses to construct a building to then construct an
empty space, the square. The construction of a ceramic lattice wall
links the individual buildings and rear courtyards and cover all
the party walls. Behind this screen will be the planned Town Hall.
The wall shapes the frontage of the new public space whilst also
doubling back and moulding to spatial circumstances; on ground
level, for example, by opening up to let the existing streets pass
through.

The site is characterized mainly for the various ac- cess it
has. This fact makes posible several routes. So, that is why the
ground floor of the proposed buil- ding is so permeable. This
permeability is reached positioning the building in the plot along
the traces that focus at the “arbreda” by diferent pieces accor-
ding to the program. The project includes a large underground car
park, the new Town Hall building, a services building for Citizen
Affairs and the design of an expansive public space.

On a planning excessively harsh, we propose a com- pact volume more
coherent to the new urban scale of Northwest Cordoba. The strategy
is based on a sculptural work, emptying the volume to generate a
succession of porches and terraces. The block is drilled with a
language which reinterprets the Patios of Cordoba, Unesco World
Heritage. Four lanes, cool in summer and protected in winter,
organize the courtyards, which equipped with light and ventilation
become neighborhood meeting point.
