    Abstract:

    This article critically analyzes the social exchangetheory and literature on knowledge sharing to explore

    a connection between talent development andknowledge sharing mechanism. For this purpose hehad taken a sample of 20 HR practitioners fromdifferent organizations in China and research provesthere is a positive relation between knowledge

    sharing and talent development.

    Methodology:

    Research objective is to explore connection betweenknowledge sharing mechanism and TD. For thispurpose 20 practitioners from China are interviewedon the basis of personal connection. Interviews weresemi structure and 17 interviews are recorded, and

    three people refuse to record.

    Conclusion and discussion:

    This document describe and explore the relationshipbetween TD and knowledge sharing. It identify thatthese mechanism are very important and helps the

    employees to develop competencies and create a

    learning environment on an organization, that alsoreduce turnover and talent shortage problem. Studyshows that learning is not a pure individual processrather it is a social, and team learning can better

    contribute in knowledge and in problem solving. The

    paper is not originally designed for this problem, infectthis topic surprisingly emerge in research of someother research, a better research purely on thisspecific topic can shows a better picture.
