UK / I’d like to book - Welcome to Fréjus, seaside resort in the Var and on the French Riviera, near Saint Raphael and just 40km from Cannes and Saint-Tropez. We have an estate with 300 cottages with 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen with hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishes, pillows and duvets. Wir bieten Ihnen einen Park mit 300 Luxus-Cottages mit 2 oder 3 Schlafzimmern, Badezimmer, WC, Küche mit Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Kopfkissen und Decken. Le Patchwork possède deux salles de bains, les trois autres ont la qualité d’être très spacieux (de 38 à 40m²)… à vous de les découvrir.

UK / The Prestigious Range. If you choose the Prestigious Range, it is the guarantee that your family will have exactly what they need: air conditioning, TV and shaded wooden decking. You can still choose to be provided with sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning, at an extra charge. In this range, we have 4 different cottages with two or three bedrooms. The Patchwork has two bathrooms, the other three are particularly spacious (between 38 and 40m²)... the choice is yours.

Seules les familles sont acceptées. En cas de fausse déclaration lors de la réservation, la Direction se réserve la possibilité d’annuler la réservation, les arrhes étant conservées. - Les draps et linges de maison ne sont pas fournis, sauf pour la Gamme Luxe.- Pour des raisons d’hygiène, les shorts de bains, combinaisons et burkinis sont interdits dans la piscine. Seuls les maillots et les boxers sont autorisés.- 1 seul animal (de moins de 5 kg) par emplacement autorisé (catégories 1 & 2 interdites). Un supplément par nuit est appliqué.

CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENTVotre réservation ne sera effective qu’une fois votre acompte réglé ainsi que votre « Bon de Réservation » complété et signé. L’acompte correspond à 30% du montant du séjour ainsi 40€ de frais de réservation (20€ pour un weekend). La confirmation finale de votre séjour ne sera définitive qu’à réception du solde et du bon de réservation un mois avant l’arrivée. L’acompte et le solde devront s’effectuer par chèque, chèque vacances avec talon, carte bancaire ou par virement.

CAUTIONS- Pour les Mobil Homes, nous demandons 200€, en pré-autorisation par carte bancaire ou en espèces.- Pour les emplacements, nous demandons en haute-saison 200€ pour le prêt du réfrigérateurCaution obligatoire et restituée après votre départ.

FORFAIT MÉNAGETout ménage non fait sera facturé 90€ lors de votre départ.

CONDITIONS D’ANNULATIONSHoliday green resort & spa***** vous offre l’assurance annulation ! L’assurance annulation vous garantit le remboursement des sommes versées au jour de l’annulation, suite à un évènement exceptionnel : décès, accident corporel invalidant, hospitalisation du signataire du contrat, de son conjoint, de l’un de ses ascendants ou descendants (photocopie livret de famille exigée, certificat de décès ou d’hospitalisation), licenciement économique de vous-même ou de votre conjoint, dommages importants atteignant vos biens immobiliers.- Toute annulation garantie par l’assurance annulation devra nous être signalée par lettre recommandée accompagnée de tous documents et justificatifs au plus tard trois jours après l’événement entrainant l’annulation.- Aucun remboursement ne sera consenti si l’un de ces évènements survient lors de votre séjour ou en cas de départ anticipé. Dans le cas contraire les sommes versées vous seront restituées déduction faite des frais de réservation (20€ ou 40€).Le remboursement interviendra dans un délai de 30 jours à réception du dossier complet.La garantie prend effet dès la souscription du contrat de location et expire la veille du premier jour du séjour à minuit.

NON PRÉSENTATION LE JOUR DE L’ARRIVÉEMerci de nous contacter la réception. Votre réservation sera gardée jusqu’au lendemain 10h. Après ce délai, la réservation est annulée et 100% du séjour conservés.

MÉDIATEUREn cas de litige et après avoir saisi le service «client» du camping, tout client du camping a la possibilité de saisir un médiateur de la consommation, dans un délai maximal d’un an à compter de la date de la réclamation écrite, par LRAR, auprès de l’exploitant. EN / IMPORTANTAll campers or those staying in rental accommodation are obliged to abide by our rules and regulations.- Only the people on the rental contract can access the estate (6 people maximum, specifically named). - To ensure a peaceful environment for residents and families, groups are not accepted on the estate. This estate is strictly reserved for families. In the event of a false declaration whilst making a booking, Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit shall be retained. - Sheets and bed linen are not provided, unless you are staying in the Luxury Range.- For hygiene reasons, bermuda style swimming shorts, wetsuits and burkinis are not permitted in the swimming pool. Only swimsuits and boxers are permitted.- 1 single pet (weighing under 5kg) is authorised per pitch (Attack and Guard dogs are strictly forbidden). There will be an extra fee per night.TERMS OF PAYMENTYour reservation will only be valid once your deposit has been paid and your “Reservation Form” has been filled in and signed. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay, plus €40 booking fee (€20 for a weekend). You will receive final confirmation of your stay when we have received the balance of the payment and the reservation form, one month before your arrival at the latest. The deposit and the remaining balance must be paid by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.DEPOSITSFor Mobile Homes, we ask for €200, as a credit card pre-authorisation or in cash.- For camping pitches, we ask for €200 for the loan of a fridge in high season.The deposit is compulsory and shall be returned to you when you leave.CLEANING FEEAny cleaning that is not carried out on your part shall be billed €90 upon departure.

TERMS OF CANCELLATIONIday green resort & spa***** provides you with cancellation insurance free-of-charge! Cancellation insurance guarantees you will be reimbursed any amount already paid up to the day of cancellation, in the case of any of the following events: death, disabling injury, hospitalisation of the signatory of the contract, his/her spouse, one of his/her ascendants or descendants (proof of kin required, death certificate or proof of hospitalisation), redundancy for you or your spouse, significant damage to your property.- We must be informed of any cancellation covered under the cancellation insurance by registered letter, along with all documents and proof, at the most three days following the event leading to cancellation.- No refund shall be issued if one of these events should occur during your stay, or if you have to leave earlier than expected. Otherwise, the amounts paid will be refunded to you, minus the booking fees (€20 or €40).You will receive your refund within 30 days following receipt of all the necessary papers.This guarantee is valid for any rental contract and expires the day before the first day of the stay at midnight.NO-SHOW ON THE ARRIVAL DATEPlease inform reception. Your booking can be reserved for you until the next day at 10am. Beyond this time, the booking is deemed cancelled and 100% of the payment shall be retained.

OMBUDSMANIn the event of a dispute and after having consulted the customer services on the campsite, any campsite guest has the possibility of calling upon a Consumer Ombudsman, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter, to the management. Nur Familien sind erlaubt. Im Falle von falschen Angaben bei der Buchung, behält sich die Leitung die Möglichkeit vor, die Buchung zu stornieren; die Anzahlung wird dabei einbehalten. - Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nicht gestellt außer in der Luxus Reihe.- Aus Hygienegründen sind lockere Badeshorts, Taucheranzüge und Burkinis im Pool verboten. Alleen gezinnen zijn welkom. Wanneer er bij de reservering valse informatie wordt opgegeven, behoudt de directie zich het recht voor om de reservering te annuleren en de aanbetaling te behouden. - Lakens en beddengoed zijn niet voorzien, behalve voor de Luxe cottages.- Vanwege hygiëne zijn zwemshorts en allesbedekkende badkleding niet toegestaan in het zwembad. Alleen boxers en zwempakken zijn toegestaan.- 1 huisdier (minder dan 5 kg) toegestaan per kampeerplaats (honden categorie 1 en 2 verboden). ANNULERINGSVOORWAARDENHoliday green resort & spa***** biedt u een gratis annuleringsverzekering! Deze verzekering garandeert de terugbetaling van de bedragen die op de dag van de annulering reeds gestort zijn en dit als gevolg van een uitzonderlijke gebeurtenis: sterfte, lichamelijk letsel, ziekenhuisopname van de ondertekenaar van het contract, van zijn echtgenote, een van zijn ouders of kinderen (kopie van trouwboekje, overlijdensakte of bewijs ziekenhuisopname vereist), ontslag van u of uw echtgenoot, aanzienlijke schade aan uw onroerend goed.- Elke annulering die gedekt wordt door de annuleringsverzekering moet per aangetekende brief worden gemeld, samen met de nodige documenten en bewijsstukken, uiterlijk drie dagen na het betreffende incident.- Er wordt geen terugbetaling gedaan als een incident zich voordoet tijdens uw verblijf of in geval van vervroegd vertrek.
