1st Level Support Agent

By joining this client, you will have the opportunity to greatly enlarge your career prospects through the numerous internal openings that are available to employees.

Assignment: As a 1st Level Support team, you will be required to manage requests in person and via Helpdesk software. The primary concern will be to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for the many types of end users (from staff members to clients/partners). If those requests are unresolved, they should be passed to 2nd/3rd level support team after investigation. You will also be responsible for the rollout and replacement of the End User Devices (PC, Smartphones, etc.) and preparation of the meeting rooms.
