パリ政治学院修士プログラムについて

　パリ政治学院は政治学国際学分野においてQSランキング第４位となり、世界を牽引する大学のひとつです。パリ

政治学院修士以上の課程では150か国以上から学生を受け入れています。２年間の修士プログラムの内、１年半はパ

リ政治学院で、半年間はフランスもしくは海外の協定校で学ぶこととなります。修士プログラムでは専攻分野を深く

掘り下げるとともに、実践経験の場を提供しています。そのため、約90％の学生がパリ政治学院修了後６ヶ月以内

に就職し、その内の40％がフランス国外にてキャリアをスタートさせることができています。

　パリ政治学院は世界各国から優秀な学生を受け入れ、修士プログラムの授業はすべて英語で行われています。フラ

ンス語能力は入学前には必要なく、学生はプログラム内でフランス語を修得することができます。

　パリ政治学院Urban Schoolでは専門的、分析的、かつ多角的なアプローチで未来を創造する学生の養成を行って

Paris School of International Affairsについて

　Paris School of International Affairs （PSIA）は2010年に設立され、国際的・創造的で、国際分野において

広い知識を持った研究者が揃い、英語とフランス語のバイリンガルなプログラムを提供しています。

　フランス国内唯一にして世界最大級の国際情勢専門の学校で、1,500名の学生のうち70％が105か国からの海外

学生です。世界を牽引する著名な研究者や実務家が年間400以上の国際情勢の重要分野に関する科目を担当し、その

70％が英語で教えられています。

　PSIAでは最新の実践的なトレーニングとベストプラクティスを用いて、基礎と新たな研究を融合したカリキュラ

　４月入学者は第７学期目まで、９月入学者は第６学期目まで早稲田大学に所定の学費を支払

う。４月入学者は第８学期分のみ、９月入学者は第７・８学期分のパリ政治学院の学費を支払う

ことで、早稲田大学の学費は免除されます。ただし、該当学期の学生健康増進互助会費（学生早

健会費）1,500円のみ支払う必要があります。

① 国際教養学部の選考に応募

　以下の選考において、成績証明書、志望理由書（Letter of Motivation）、所定の選考用紙

（CV）を期日までに提出。（すべて英文）

＜SP1＞

⃝予備選考：４月入学者は第４学期、９月入学者は第３学期に選考（選考合格者上限５名）

⃝本選考：４月入学者は第６学期、９月入学者は第５学期に選考（SP2含め選考合格者上限５名）

＜SP2＞

本選考のみ：４月入学者は第６学期、９月入学者は第５学期に選考

②パリ政治学院の最終選考に応募

　国際教養学部の選考に合格後、パリ政治学院による書類選考があります。本選考の学期の10

月下旬にパリ政治学院から連絡があります。その後パリ政治学院の指示に従い、２月末までにオ

ンラインシステムで応募し、成績証明書と国際教養学部からの推薦書を提出してください。

③最終結果

　パリ政治学院の最終選考に合格した後、派遣前の学期の３月下旬に最終結果をパリ政治学院か

ら受け取り、入学手続をしてください。

semester.

requirement credits for graduation except elective credits by the 6th semester.

　Important Note: Before admission to Sciences Po, completing 124 credits is required

for April Enrollment, and 104 credits for September Enrollment. If

you cannot fulfill the requirements above, your programme will be

cancelled even if you pass the SILS Selections.

<April Enrollment> Pay the tuition fees to Waseda until the 7th semester. For the 8th

semester, please pay the programme fees to Sciences Po. Please note that 1,500

yen (the Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association Membership Fee) will be

payable to Waseda University in the 8th semester.

<September Enrollment> Pay the tuition fees to Waseda until the 6th semester. For the 7th

and 8th semester, please pay the programme fees to Sciences Po. Please note that 1,500

yen (the Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association Membership Fee) will be

payable to Waseda University in the 7th and 8th semester.

Step 1: Apply for SILS selection

<SP1 students>

⃝ SILS Pre-selection: In September, two years before admission to Sciences Po (5

applicants will be shortlisted).⃝SILS Selection: in September, one year before admission to Sciences Po.

<SP2 students>

⃝SILS Selection: In September, one year before admission to Sciences Po

Required Documents in English for SILS: Transcripts, Letter of Motivation, CV (Designated

Format).

Step 2: Apply for Sciences Po Selection

If your application is selected in the first Sciences Po screening, you will be contacted

directly by Sciences Po towards the end of October. You have to apply to Sciences

Po using an online system by the end of February with your transcript and a

recommendation letter from SILS.

Step 3: Sciences Po Registration Process for Successful Applicants

If your application is confirmed in the final Sciences Po screening, you will receive the

decision towards the end of March. The Sciences Po registration process will begin, and

you will be contacted directly by the Sciences Po Admission office.

Notes: If you are one of the five SP1 students pre-selected by SILS for the 5BM programme, in the case where

your application is eventually rejected by Sciences Po, you will be allowed to graduate with one-

semester of study abroad (instead of the compulsory one-year study abroad for SP1 students).
