The Company has got manufacturing facilities in two different locations in India comprising of various latest machines.

New processing plant &
machineries
Cil infrastructure
New plant on 8 Acre land dedicated for processing and stitching activities with total constructed area of 100,000 sq feet.
6 chambers oil heated Stenter and clip arrangements PLC controlled machines.
Width 3.2 meters wide and chemical coating is done with all automatic pneumatic
pumps and Knife over air and knife over roll arrangements. We prepare our own
chemical with high speed variable frequency drive mixture and each batch
is approx. 450 k.
Proofing line for outdoor fabric, Kuster mangle from Germany and infrared
from Marsden (USA) and 16 Teflon coated cylinders for drying suitable for
fabric up to 2.2 meters wide.
Inspection and rolling machines fitted with 4 ultrasonic cutters and to make
jumbo rolls of 1000 meters without splice.
