Opened in 1976 the golf resort of Saint-Cyprien was designed by the Scottish architects Tomlinson and Wright. The resort offers the players two courses, the Etang-Canigou and La Foret eighteen and nine holes respectively. Located just 500 meters from the sea the Etang-Canigou offers players the challenge of a British Links course in the sunshine and climate of the Mediterranean.Alternatively the Forest course (La Forêt) offers a completely different challenge with thicker, longer rough and requires a more precise game! The resort boasts a 20,000 m2 practice range with 45 practice mats, 3 practice putting greens, 2 practice chipping bunkers and 2 pitching greens. Adding this to the Hotel, Spa and two restaurants Saint Cyprien Golf Resort offers you all options for a golfing break of the highest quality.
