Anchors must be installed as shown in the specifi cation drawings for the precast element. The drawings must include the following:• recommended load class and

anchor type• anchor length• the required fi nish of the anchor

(zinc plated or stainless steel),• eventual additional reinforcement

for the anchor• load direction of the anchor• the type of lifting link• concrete strength at fi rst lift• details of lifting slings.

Available anchors

The Combi anchor is for lifting precast concrete elements of all sizes. Load classes: 0,5 up to 12,5. Each load class has a diff erent thread dia-meter.The guidelines for identifi cation and installation of the socket anchors must be observed.

The Rod anchor is used in particularly thin elements i.e. garage walls and transformer stations. Also suitable for precast masonry walls. Load classes: 0,5 up to 12,5.The guidelines for identifi cation and installation of the socket anchors must be observed.

The Plate anchor is used for liftinglarge sufaced, thin precast units that are lifted perpendicular to their main surface, i.e. slabs or shells. Available in load classes: 0,5 - 6,3.To ensure full load capacity it is essen-tial that the additional reinforcement is placed above the plate anchor. Ensure the reinforcement bars are installed with contact to the anchor plate.The guidelines for identifi cation and installation of the socket anchors must be observed.

The Crown anchor is used for lifting thin large surfaced precast concrete elements, fl oor elements and similar. Available for load classes: 0,5 - 4,0.The guidelines for identifi cation and installation of the socket anchors must be observed.

• remove the plastic nailing plate using a fl at piece of metal, a screwdriver or similar

• The resulting recess fits the shape of the perfect head, rotary head or the adapter. The recess allows the perfect head, rotary head or the adapter to transfer diagonal or shear load into theconcrete

• lightly grease the thread of the sleeve anchor• fi x the identifi cation cap to the sleeve anchor• screw the anchor onto the nailing plate until the

anchor sleeve is fl ush with the nailing plate

The Plain anchor is used to lift thin precast walls or in low strength concrete. Load classes: 0,5 up to 6,3.The load is transferred into the con-crete by a reinforcement bar inserted through the hole in the anchor. This reinforcement bar should have contact with the lower surface of the hole in the socket. The reinforcement length can be shortened by creating hooks in the bar ends.The guidelines for identifi cation and installation of the socket anchors must be observed.

It is also possible to fi x the socket anchor with a retaining bolt, without a nailing plate. The bolt in use must have a metric thread. It is recommend to fi x the anchor in addition to the reinforcement for example with a wire binding.

Fixing without nailing plate is only allowed for axial pull up to 30°. The use of a nailing plate is mandatory with diagonal or shear load.

Die Hülsenanker sind nach den Fertig-teilzeichnungen einzubauen. Vor dem Einbau ist durch den Tragwerksplaner folgendes festzulegen:• die erforderliche Lastklasse und

Art des Ankers,• die Länge des Ankers,• die zu verwendende Ausführungs-

qualität des Ankers (verzinkte Hül-se oder Edelstahl),

• die eventuelle Zulagebewehrung für den Anker,

• die Zugrichtung des Ankers,• das zu verwendende Anschlag-

mittel,• die erforderliche Betondruckfestig-

keit beim ersten Belasten des Ankers,

• eventuell zu verwendende Traver-sen oder Ausgleichsgehänge.

Der Combi-Anker dient zum Transport von Stahlbetonfertigteilen und ist lie-ferbar in den Lastklassen von 0,5 bis 12,5. Jede Lastklasse hat ein anderes Innen-gewinde.Die Angaben zu Kennzeichnung und Einbau von Hülsenankern sind zu be-achten.

Der Hülsenstabanker wird zum Trans-port von sehr dünnen Wänden oder Fertiggaragen eingesetzt. Der Hülsen-Stabanker ist lieferbar in den Lastklassen von 0,5 bis 12,5.Die Angaben zu Kennzeichnung und Einbau von Hülsenankern sind zu be-achten.

Der Hülsen-Plattenanker wird verwen-det zum Transport von großfl ächigen, dünnen Betonfertigteilen, die senk-recht zu ihrer Hauptausdehnung geho-ben werden sollen (Platten und Scha-len) und ist lieferbar in den Lastklas-sen von 0,5 bis 6,3.Für die Tragfähigkeit des Hülsen-Plat-tenankers ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass entsprechende Zula-gebewehrung über der Platte ange-ordnet wird. Dabei ist darauf zu ach-ten, dass die Bewehrungsstäbe direkt auf der Platte aufl iegen. Die Angaben zu Kennzeichnung und Einbau von Hülsenankern sind zu be-achten.

Der Kronenanker dient zum Trans-port von fl ächigen Stahlbetonbautei-len wie Deckenplatten und derglei-chen. Der Kronenanker ist lieferbar in den Lastklassen von 0,5 bis 4,0.Die Angaben zu Kennzeichnung und Einbau von Hülsenankern sind zu be-achten.

• Betonieren.• Nach dem Betonieren Schalung

entfernen.

• Kunststoff -Nagelteller mit Flachstahl oder Schrauben-dreher entfernen.

• Die entstandene Vertiefung ist passgenau auf die Kontur der Lastaufnahmemittel Perfektkopf, Drehkopf oder Adap-ter abgestimmt.Die Vertiefung ermöglicht dem Perfektkopf, dem Drehkopf oder dem Adapter das Abstützen gegen den Beton bei Schräg- und Querzugbelastung.

• Gewinde des Hülsenankers leicht fetten.• Datenträger auf den Hülsenanker aufstecken.• Anker auf das Gewinde des Nageltellers aufschrauben,

bis die Hülse bündig am Nagelteller anliegt.

Die Hebehülse dient zum Transport von dünnen Fertigteilwänden, beson-ders bei geringen Betondruckfestig-keiten und ist lieferbar in den Last-klassen von 0,5 bis 6,3.Der erforderliche Bewehrungsstab ist durch das Loch im unteren Bereich der Hebehülse durchzuführen und so einzubauen, dass er fest mit Kontakt, in der unteren Ausrundung anliegt. Durch die Ausbildung von Endhaken kann die Bewehrungsstablänge ver-kürzt werden. Die Angaben zu Kennzeichnung und Einbau von Hülsenankern sind zu be-achten.

Die Befestigung des Hülsenankers mit-tels Schraube an der Schalung (ohne Verwendung des Nageltellers) ist ebenfalls möglich. Die verwendete Schraube muss ein Gewinde mit met-rischer Steigung aufweisen. Es wird empfohlen, den Anker zusätz-lich an der Bewehrung zu befestigen (z.B. Anrödeln).

Der Einbau ohne Nagelteller ist nur bei Axialzug bis 30° zulässig. Bei Schrägzug oder Querzug ist die Verwendung eines Nageltellers erforderlich.

Kotwa tulejowa płytkowa stosowana jest do transportu wielkopowierzchni-owych, cienkich prefabrykatów, które powinny być podnoszone prostopadle do płaszczyzny rozciąganej (płyty). Kotwa dostarczana jest w klasach obciążeń od 0,5 do 6,3. Dla nośności kotwy tulejowej płytkowej decydujące jest odpowied-nie dodatkowe zbrojenie w płycie. Ważne jest , aby zbrojenie to leżało bezpośrednio na płytce kotwy. Należy zwracać uwagę na oznakowa-nie i przestrzegać zasad montażu ko-tew tulejowych.

Zamocowanie kotwy tulejowej do szalunku możliwe jest również przy pomocy śruby (bez zastosowania gwoździ). Zastosowana śruba musi posiadać gwint metryczny. Zalecane jest, aby kotwa dodatkowo była przywiązana do zbrojenia (np. drutem).

Zamocowanie kotwy tulejowej przy pomocy śruby

Montaż bez talerzyka do-puszczalny jest tylko przy obciążeniu osiowym do 30°. Przy obciążeniu ukośnym lub poprzecznym zastosowanie talerzyka jest obowiązkowe.
