IntroductionManagement is a vital aspect of the economic life of man, which is an organized

group activity. A central and controlling agency is indispensable for an organization concern.

The Productive resources material, labor, capital etc are entrusted to the organizing skill, administrative ability and enterprising initiative of the management. Thus management

provides leadership to a business enterprise, without able managers and effective managerial

leadership the resource of production remain merely resources and never become production.

Under competitive economy and ever changing environment the quality and performance of

managers determine both the survival as well as success of any business enterprise. Managers

occupy such an important place in the modern world that thewelfare of the people and the

destiny of the country are very much influenced by it.

Just now I appointed as a middle level manager in XYZ Construction Company. The

company managing director is the owner of the company. There are two peoples work under

the owner, whose are one qualified engineer and a qualified quantity surveyor. Then some of

the technical officers work under the engineer and the quantity surveyor. Our company is a

construction company. Now our company got three major projects in east andnorth. These

projects are two roads and a shopping complex. We are going to start this project very soon.

But our company face the problem is less attendance of the staffs. In this case I appointed as

    a middle level manager.

Our construction company is get new three major projects, which are two long roads

and a shopping complex. Now am going to answer for these questions in the topic of

shopping complex. Our shopping complex will go to build in Jaffna town. And it is good

place to build the shopping complex.
