All other services and extras specified in the programme for the corresponding departure date or which are expressly stated in the contract.If the contract for a programme is made for after the expiry date of the brochure, then it is understood that the services contracted will be thoseincluded in the brochure valid for the departure date, independently of whether this includes any variation in routes, visits or other services.Visits to cities are of a "panoramic" nature, with stops made at places considered to be of interest. The route taken may vary on the basis of

the closure or restoration of sites and monuments, weather conditions and circumstances beyond the control of the organisation.The price of the package travel has been calculated on the basis of the exchange rate, transport fares, fuel costs, and rates and taxes applica-ble at the date of publication for each of the programmes, and these are subject to revision if there is a variation in the price of any of theelements listed which may give rise to a revision of the final price of the trip, to either a higher or lower price, incorporating the exact amountsof the variations in the prices mentioned.

The consumer will be notified in writing, or by other appropriate means, of any alterations to the price and they may then cancel their trip withno cancellation penalty (if this would have applied) within three days of receiving the notification. Or they may accept the modification to thecontract. If notification of acceptance is not received during the same three-day period, it will be understood that the consumer has chosen toterminate the contract.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

It is the passengers obligation to have in order and to carry all the personal and family documentation required according to the laws of thecountry or countries to be visited.Before departing on the trip, you must make sure you have complied with all the applicable rules and requirements in relation to visas so asto be able to enter the countries you will be visiting without incident.You will be responsible for obtaining your own visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc....

If an Authority rejects the issue of a visa or refuses entry to a country on individual grounds, the consumer will be responsible for any resultingcosts and the conditions and rules established for the case of voluntary cancellation of services will apply.Minors under 18 years of age must bring written permission from a parent or guardian.The Retail Travel Agency must provide you with all of the relevant information.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

The Retail Travel Agency will advise you about optional travel insurance which you may take out. PERLA TOURS recommends that youalways travel with travel insurance cover.

ACCOMMODATION

The quality and the content of the services provided by a hotel will be determined by the official tourism rating, where applicable, assigned bythe competent authority for the country.Current legislation only establishes that there are single and double rooms, allowing double rooms to be set up as triples using a third orfoldaway bed, but always with the consent of the people occupying the room. This also applies in the case of double rooms set up for use byup to four people, when specified like this in the programme.The hotel arrival and departure times are based on the first and last services which will be provided.The general rule is that rooms may be occupied from approximately 1pm onwards and must be vacated before 12pm on the day of departure.The accommodation service is provided on the understanding that the room is available on the relevant night, independently of whether thearrival time is later than the time foreseen, for whatever reason.

When the arrival time at the hotel is later than 12pm, the first service provided by the hotel, if it is included in the contract, will be the eveningmeal. For arrivals later than 7pm, the first service provided by the hotel will be accommodation.It is usual for hotels to ask for your credit card details at check-in so that they can charge the card for any extras when you leave. When youcheck out it is important to verify that the amount billed is correct and, if there has been no charge, that the copy of your credit card held bythe hotel is destroyed.For independent stays when you are not accompanied by a guide and when you estimate that the arrival time at the hotel could be differentto that generally stipulated, it is recommended that you always re-confirm your reservation.If you wish to travel with animals, you must check with the agency to ensure that they will be admitted to the accommodation and if so, thismust be stated in the travel contract.On the tours specified in this brochure, the accommodation service will be provided in the establishments listed. The right is reserved tosubstitute hotels of a similar category.

TRANSPORT

Transport companies allow one suitcase per person only, with a weight limit of 30kg for travel by coach/bus.In the event that your luggage is lost or damaged, you must lodge a prompt and appropriate complaint to the transport company or serviceprovider responsible.We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the possibility of loss or damage to your luggage.Some characteristics of coach tours may vary depending on how many people are taking the tour. In all cases and depending on the destina-tion chosen, the design, structure and comfort of the tour may be based not on Spanish standards but rather on those of the country ofdestination.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN

We recommend that you consult the discount rates applicable for children at each destination. In any case and as a general rule, the discountwill be applicable only when the child shares a room with two adults.

CANCELLATION BY THE CONSUMER. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF TRIP BECAUSE THE MINIMUM NUMBER OFTRAVELLERS HAS NOT BEEN REACHED

You may cancel the services contracted or requested at any time with the right to a refund of the amount paid, whether the full price or a

deposit, but you must compensate the Agency for the following administration costs:a) Separate Services, All administration costs, plus cancellation fees where applicable.b) Package Travel, except where the cancellation is due to force majeure:

1. The administration costs plus the cancellation fees, where applicable.2. A penalty consisting of 5% of the total cost of the trip if the cancellation occurs during a period of more than ten and less than fifteendays prior to the departure date of the trip, 15% for between 3 and 10 days prior, and 25% for the 48 hours prior to the departure date. If theconsumer does not arrive in time for the departure, then they will have no right to any refund of the amount paid, unless an agreement isreached between the parties to the contrary.c) The company reserves the right to cancel the service if the minimum number of people required to operate is not reached at anytime. The company will provide a full refund but the consumer will not be entitled to any compensation.

OBLIGATION OF THE CONSUMER TO NOTIFY ANY BREACH OF CONTRACT

It is your obligation to communicate any breach of contract to the Organiser or your Retail Travel Agency or the service provider involved, in

writing or in any other form giving a record of your complaint, and they are obliged to respond.
