- La formulation de la stratgie doit tre retravaille en fonction des prconisations mthodologiques de la Commission europenne
- La dclinaison des mesures est incomplte. Le cadre national, qui fixera les modalits dintervention sur un grand nombre de mesures, est en cours de rdaction par le MAAF. Il concerne en particulier : o Mesure 20 : installation (JA) et transmission o Mesure 21 : partie protection contre les prdateurs o Mesures 29-31 : Mesures Agro-environnementales. Il sagit dun catalogue de mesures
nationales potentiellement mobilisables par les Rgions. o Mesures 32-33: ICHN (prime montagne) o Mesure 37 : gestion des risques (lien avec mesure 19)

2 FR7 La rgion Rhne-Alpes est la seconde rgion franaise de par sa superficie de prs de 44 000 km, reprsentant 8 % du territoire national. Elle est dcoupe administrativement en 8 dpartements et 2 879 communes. Elle bnficie dune situation gographique avantageuse, au carrefour de lEurope occidentale du nord et de lEurope du sud, lextrmit de larc alpin dont elle commande les portes. Elle a ainsi un rle dinterface majeur entre le nord et le sud : elle est un lieu de passage et dchanges trs importants.
