Welcome / Bienvenue! Dear Young Friends,

On behalf of the Canadian Federation of

Friends of Museums (CFFM), I would like

to welcome you to Montreal. The CFFM is

proud to host the 2019 General Assembly

Meeting of the WFFM. Our aim is to

create opportunities for Young Friends of

Museums to meet and exchange ideas

regarding the future of heritage sites.

Montreal, a vibrant and culturally rich city, is home to

outstanding museums, heritage sites as well as arts and

culture institutions. Many of Montreal’s museums, galleries,

and heritage sites have generously collaborated with the

CFFM and have helped develop stimulating programs and

unique learning opportunities for Young Friends. Due in

large part to the collaborative effort and spirit of our

partners, I am confident that the 2019 meeting of WFFM

will inspire!

I wish you all a wonderful meeting.

Sincerely,

Bruce D. Bolton

President of the CFFM

Vice-President of North America for the WFFM
