PRESENT SYSTEM
• Neutral wire removed from HT poles (11kv, 33kv, 66kv or 132kv)• Results in huge losses and fatal accidents• 30-40% electricity remains un-utilized.• Consumption pattern not balanced and disproportionate loading.• 70% of total electricity is Single-phase and remaining 30% is 3-phase.• All single phase instruments are designed for 220/230 Volts whereas supply is 254-289 Volts.
USE OF CAPACITORS
Presently capacitor are used on H.T. side in star connection.
This creates hassles.
Capacitor must be installed on L.T. side.
(L.T. line in star and capacitor connection in delta)
THREE-PHASE CHALLENGES
All the 3-phases are not equally loaded in L.T. network(433 volt). Unbalancing is upto 60%. It is impossible to know that on any phase, how many connections are used.
• This non-equalisation leads to damaging of Distribution Transformers.
IMPORTANCE OF POWER FACTOR
Ideally Power Factor should be 0.85 with a tolerance of 5% up or down. The wire gauge used, should be of optimum thickness so as to avoid voltage drops and ensure proper power supply. Transmission losses need to be sustained to maintain power factor. If power factor is high, connections will become loose. If power factor is less, voltage drop will occur.
MEASURES TAKEN TO REDUCE TECHNICAL LOSSES
• Reduce Length of LT lines(433 volt).• Maximum current on 11KV feeders may be reduced by bifercation of feeders.• Separate Industrial Load from residential/commercial load.• Power should transmit at higher voltage.• Substation should be near to load center.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DISCOVERY
• Consumption in single phase load for domestic/commercial can be reduced upto 83%.• Consumption in single phase load for industries can be reduced upto 149%.• Average consumption reduction in single phase load is 90%.• In towns approx 70% consumers are using single phase supply.• In most of the towns line losses are 35%. That will reduce technical losses and improve quality of power.
ADVANTAGES OF NEW TECHNOLOGY
• We will be able to balance loads in all 3-phases.• Damages to single phase appliances will be reduced.• Demand will be reduced with equal electrical load to all households.• Danger of short-circuit, burning of appliances and fire will be reduced upto 50%.
THE PATENT-PCR
POWER COMSUMPTION RETARDER (PCR) can save electricity upto 28%.
PCR got patented on 18 Sept 2012 with patent number-2128/DEL/2012.

VOLTAGE IS UNCONSTANT DUE TO TRANSFERING OF VOLTAGE FROM 11000 TO 433 VOLTS. FROM DELTA TO STAR THE VARIATION IS 96.06 PERCENT.
IF WE USE PHASE TO PHASE THEN THE VOLTAGE DOES NOT VARIES.
IF NEUTRAL IS UTILIZED WITH PHASE THAN VOLTAGE WILL BE UNBALANCED.
AFTER OUR DEVICE WE WILL SAVE THE TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION LOSSES(28%) PLUS 6% EXTRA.
