2solve Troubleshooting Suite is an OSS product lling a gap in
network operations
in the area of pro-active troubleshooting. The tool uses
advanced reasoning tech-nology to automate diagnostics, and this
means a higher level of process automa-
tion than competing solutions in the market.
2solve Troubleshooting Suite integrates effectively with PM and
CM systems
and provides support of detecting network elements with
degraded
performance (fault detection). However, instead of just
presenting a report
of worst cells - as in traditional systems - it presents each
identied network ele-
ment with a very accurate diagnosis (root cause), enabling the
user to conduct
or dispatch repair actions immediately. Integration with the
trouble ticket systemenables easy dispatch and tracking of trouble
tickets.
In addition, 2solve Troubleshooting Suite enables the network
operations organi-
zation to capture relevant knowledge (performance data and
validated root cause)
from every solved incident. This means that experience grows in
the entire organi-
zation, and not only in the brain of the engineer who solved an
incident.
