    Dcret de 1998 et arrt des bonnes pratiques de prlvement dorganes sur donneur dcdEtablissements : Cadavre : tablissements de sant autoriss public ou privDonneur vivant : ncessit dtre autoris pour la greffe de lorgane considrAutorisation pour 5 ans (ARH)Possibilit de retrait ou de suspension (ARH)Praticiens : interdiction de rmunration lacte, sparation des quipes charges du constat de la mort et des transplanteurs, restauration du corps.Rfrent mdical (CME) coordination hospitalire infirmire (Directeur)

    Absence totale de conscience et d'activit motrice spontaneAbolition de tous les rflexes du tronc crbralAbsence totale de ventilation spontane vrifie par une preuve d'hypercapnie 2 lectroencphalogrammes nuls et aractifs effectus un intervalle minimal de 4 heures avec amplification maximale sur une dure d'enregistrement de 30 minutes attestant la destruction irrversible du cerveau Angiographie crbrale et/ou angioscanner

    "Les mdecins qui tablissent le constat de la mort et ceux qui effectuent le prlvement ou la transplantation doivent faire partie d'units fonctionnelles ou de services distincts

    Le procs-verbal du constat de la mort doit tre sign par deux mdecins

  • Le donneur cur arrt Classification de MaastrichtStade I les personnes qui sont retrouves en arrt cardiaque et pour lesquelles le prlvement dorganes est envisag, si la dure de larrt est brveStade II Arrt cardiaque en prsence des secours, bnficiant dun massage cardiaque avec ventilation mcanique et dont la ranimation choueStade III Arrt de la ranimation dcidStade IV Personnes en ME qui font un arrt cardiaque irrversibles au cours de la prise en charge en ranimation.

  • Le donSi le mdecin na pas directement connaissance de la volont du dfunt, il doit sefforcer de recueillir :- loi 1994 : le tmoignage de sa famille- loi 2004 : auprs des proches lopposition au don dorganes ventuellement exprime de son vivant par le dfunt, par tout moyen, et il les informe de la finalit des prlvements envisags.Les proches sont informs de leur droit connatre les prlvements effectus.Grands principes en matire de don Consentement prsum Interdiction de faire de la publicit Gratuit Anonymat donneur / receveur Scurit sanitaire
