• Incremento de la vida media de primoimplantes de marcapasos (esperanza de vida)

• Tasa de mortalidad anual superior con respecto a individuos de similar edad y sexo

- VVI vs DDD (INDEP)

• Edad, marcapasos VVI y ERC-3B son factores predictores independientes de

mortalidad por cualquier causa a largo plazo (Multivariante)

- ¿Estratificación de riesgo por EGFR?

- VDD vs DDD (NO INDEP)

• Grado funcional en pacientes ancianos similar pre- y post-marcapasos (Barthel y CRF)

- 75% dependencia severa (Barthel 40-20)
