Cette année, Universum a ajouté une nouvelle série de questions à son enquête pour permettre aux employeur de mieux comprendre qui sont les étudiants. Les résultats montrent que les étudiants se voient consciencieux (73%), empathiques (65%) et ouverts (60%). Ils ne sont en revanche que 13% à se considérer “conciliant”.

Les soft-skills que les répondants déclarent posséder le plus
La coopération est la soft-skills que 46% des étudiants estiment posséder en priorité. La communication (31%) et la proactivité (29%) arrivent ensuite. A l’inverse, ils sont seulement 18% à se reconnaître un esprit d’équipe, peut-être en raison de cette année bien particulière où la plupart des cours et des stages se sont déroulés à distance et où donc il a été plus compliqué pour les étudiants de travailler en équipe.

Business Ingénieurs
IT Du côté des étudiants Business, le critère déterminant au moment de choisir un employeur est la perspective d’avoir des futurs revenus élevés, juste avant l’intérêt de la mission, relégué cette année au second plan. A l’inverse, chez les élèves ingénieurs et les profils IT, ce qui prime c’est la mission et le challenge qu’ils vont pouvoir trouver au quotidien. L’ambiance dans laquelle ils vont travailler est également très importante pour eux, plus que le salaire qui n’est que le critère 4 pour les étudiants ingénieurs et 3 pour les IT.
