Price
USD 180,000-FOB PRICE WIRE COLDROLLING MACHINE (3-6MM)
Payment 30% of total amount as advance payment by T/T at the
time of order confirmation; 70% of total amount by irrevocable and
confirmed L/C payable at sight on presentation of shipping
documents.
Delivery Ready for shipment 3 months from receipt of down
payment and L/C.
Installation and commissioning Machine to be installed and
commissioned by TJK technicians. Travel, accommodation and meal
expenses are payable by the customer, the customer will provide
local engineers and staff to support the installation.
Voltage380 V/50-60 Hz (extra voltage will be defined).
Warranty Within the limits of what hereinafter set forth, TJK
undertakes to remedy all defects of the equipment attributable to
its engineering, material and workmanship. Such obligation of TJK
is limited to defects that show within 12 (twelve) months from the
delivery of the equipment. To benefit from these rights, Buyer
shall notify within 8 days of its discovery to TJK, in writing,
analytically and precisely, all shown defects.
Validity of quotation 30 days from the date of the present
quotation.
