Rollarc type 400dbrochable sursupport horizontal

Le contacteur Rollarc 400 estlappareil de base, sans quipementautre que llectro---aimant defermeture et les contacts auxiliaires.

Il est destin aux installateurs qualifispour lquiper des dispositifs...

... ncessaires son fonctionnement(isolement, prises de courant BT,indicateur de position, etc.) et lascurit du personnel utilisateur.

Il est maintenu ferm par la bobinede maintien de llectro---aimantalimente en permanence.

Rollarc type 400Ddbrochable sursupport horizontal

Le contacteur Rollarc 400 D accrochage est identique aucontacteur de type 400, maispossde un accrochagemcanique avec dclencheur mission de tension.

Louverture est provoque parlalimentation momentane dudclencheur.

Les appareils sont expdi enposition O ouvert et commandedsarme.

H Stocker les appareils danslemballage dorigine.

Le lieu de stockage est un localsec, ar, labri de la pluie, desprojections deau et des agentschimiques.

H Protger les appareils en lesrecouvrant dune bche ou duneenveloppe les protgeantefficacement contre les poussires,gravats, peintures, etc...

Les coupe--circuit sont quipsdun percuteur qui, en cas de fusiondu fusible, commande louverturedu contacteur.

Veiller ce que le percuteursoit orient vers le plastron ,comme indiqu.

Dans le cas dune installation sanscoupe--circuit, le contacteur est livravec des connecteurs cuivre monts la place des coupe--circuit.

position hors service Ouvrir le contacteur.Amener la poigne la verticalela manuvre du contacteurest impossible.

Seuls les contacteurs Rollarc 400 D accrochage mcanique sontquips de ce bouton.

ATTENTION

Avant toute opration :

H ouvrir linterrupteur

H couper lalimentation des circuitsauxiliaires et du circuit principal.

H viter les chocs (enveloppesous pression).

Le contacteur type 400 est prvupour faire 300000 manoeuvres,sans entretien des parties actives(100000 manoeuvres pour le type400 D) dans des conditionsnormales dutilisation suivant lanorme CEI 265.

Sont conseilles :

Un changement du circuit imprimBT et du bloc de contactsauxiliaires est recommand toutesles 100 000 manoeuvres

Au moins une fois par an :

H procder un nettoyageextrieur gnral

H dposer de la graisse pourbasse temprature sur les paliers.pivots et trlnglerie du dispositif dedclenchement en cas de fusiondes coupe---circuit haute tension.

Au moins deux fois par an :ou toutes les 20 000 manoeuvres,graisser avec une graisse pourbasse temprature:

H les deux guides du circuitmagntique de llectro---aimant

H la partie mobile des contactsauxiliaires

H le dispositif daccrochagedu type 400 D

H Lors des dmontages, maintenirlappareil tant que les 4 vis defixation ne sont pas bloques.

En cas de manoeuvres trsfrquentes ou dambianceextrmement corrosive, centresde service du groupe SchneiderElectric le plus proche.

Le gaz SF6 sous pression,qui se trouve lintrieur du pleconserve toutes ses caractristiquesdilectiques aprs coupure.

Lendurance lectriqueest limite par lusure des contacts.Cette usure dpend de lutilisationde lappareil.

Nous attirons votre attentionsur les dangers dun procdde nettoyage consistant projetersous forte pression un solvant.

Les principaux inconvnientsdu procd sont les suivants :

H dtrioration due la pressiondu jet et impossibilit de regraisserles points de fixations inaccessibles.

H risque dchauffements dus laprsence de solvant sur les zonesde contact.

H limination des protectionsspciales.

ATTENTION

Ne jamais utiliser de solvant.

Si les parties isolantes sontpoussireuses, il est conseillde les dpoussirer au moyendun chiffon sec.

Remarque :

le Rollarc est capabledinterrompre 100 000 fois sonpouvoir de coupure nominal quiest de 400 A.

En cas de manoeuvre frquentesou de coupures rptes decourants de court---circuitlutilisateur peut vrifier lusuredes contacts sans dmontagedu contacteur.

Dconnecter le contacteuret retirer lcran de masse.

Dvisser les deux crous nylstop.

Retirer les rondelles mtalliqueset Noprne pour les remplacer...

...par des contre---crous( 14 mm) ou par des rondelles(paisseur 8 mm environ) qui vontservir dentretoises.

Visser, la place des crous nylstop(pour ne pas ]es affaiblir), des crousstandards C ( 12 mm).

Connecter une lampe tmoin Dou une sonnette entre les connexions entre etsortie du ple n1.

Visser simultanment les deuxcrous C jusqu obtenirlclairage de la lampeou la sonnerie.

Mesurer lentrefer des bobines laide dune jauge dpaisseur.

Noter cette mesure.

Procder de la mme faon pourles ples 2 et 3.

Si, sur une ou plusieurs mesures,la valeur de lentrefer est infrieureou gale 3 mm, le contacteur est remplacer (sur un appareil neuf,lentrefer est de 5,1 mm +0,5).

Pour le remontage,retirer les crous standards...

...remonter les rondelles et lescrous Nylstop dorigine (ne pasmonter et dmonter les crousNylstop plus de 2 fois).

rglage Contacteur ouvert introduire danslentrefer une cale de 12,4 mmdpaisseur.

Serrer simultanment les 2 crousNylstop jusqu ce quellectro---aimant vienne au contactde la cale.

Desserrer lgrement les crouspour que la cale puisse coulisserlibrement dans lentreferdes deux bobines.

Ce matriel contient du SF6 quidoit tre retir avant touteopration de dmantlement,selon les procdures dcrites dansle document CEI 61634 et enappliquant les instructionsci---dessous. Le gaz doit tre traitconformment au document CEI60480.

Bouchon de lorifice dmont. Mettre en place loutillage de videremplissage

Raccorder la station de pompage. Attendre que le manomtreindique 0 (15mn pour viderlappareil) avant de retirerloutillage de vide de remplissage.

Rollarc type 400withdrawable onhorizontal support

The Rollarc 400 contactor is thebasic device, without equipmentother than the closingelectromagnet and the auxiliarycontacts.

It is intended for contractorsqualified to equip it with thedevices...

... necessary for its operation(insulation, LV sockets, positionindicator, etc.) and for the safety ofuser personnel.

It is maintained in the closedposition by the continuallysupplied electromagnet holdingcoil.

Rollarc type 400Dwithdrawable onhorizontal support

The Rollarc 400 D contactorwith latching mechanism is ident-ical to the 400 type contactor, butis fitted with a mechanical latchingmechanism with shunt release.

It opens due to temporary supplyof the release.

An auxiliary contact prevents itfrom being supplied when thedevice is open.

The devices are dispatched in theopen position O with the operatingmechanism uncharged.

The place of storage must be adry, ventilated room, shelteredfrom rain, water splashes andchemical agents.

H Protect the devices by coveringthem with an awning or with anenclosure providing effectiveprotection from dust, gravel, paint,etc.

The 400 type contactor is designedto carry out 300 000 operations,without maintenance of live parts (100000 operations for the 400 D type) innormal conditions of use as perstandard IEC 265.

The following are recommended:

Replacement of the LV printedcircuit and the auxiliary contactunit every 100 000 operations

At least once a year:

H carry out overall externalcleaning

H smear low temperature greaseon the bearings, thrust bearingsand rod assembly of the trippingdevice in event of blowing of thehigh voltage fuses.

At least twice a year:or every 20 000 operations, smearlow temperature grease on

H the two guides of theelectromagnet magnetic circuit

H the moving part of the auxiliarycontacts

H When disassembling, hold thedevice in position as long asthe 4 fixing screws are not lockedin place.

The pressurised SF6 gasinside the pole retains all itsdielectric properties after breaking.

Electrical durability is limited bycontact wear.

This wear depends on device use.

We draw your attention to the riskof cleaning processes. consistingof spraying solvents at highpressure.

The main drawbacks of suchprocesses are.

H damage due to jet pressure andimpossibility of re--- lubricatinginaccessible fixing points.

H risk of overheating due tosolvent presence on contact areas.

H elimination of specialprotections.

CAUTION

Never use solvents and alcohol.

If the insulating parts are dusty, itis recommended that you removethe dust using a dry cloth.

Note:

the Rollarc is able to break100 000 times its nominal breakingcapacity which is 400 A.

In event of frequent operation or ofrepeated short---circuit current breaks,the user can check contact wearwithout disassembling the contactor.

Disconnect the contactorand remove the ground screen.

Unscrew the two nylstop nuts.

Remove the metal and Neoprenewashers and replace them...

...with counternuts ( 14 mm) orwith washers (approx. 8 mm thick)which will act as spacers.




In the place of the nylstop nuts(so as not to weaken them), screwon standard nuts C ( 12 mm).

Connect an indicator lamp Dor a bell between the input andoutput connections of pole no. 1.

Screw on simultaneously the twonuts C until lighting of the lamp orthe bell.

Measure the air gap of the coilsusing a thickness gauge.

Record this measurement.

Proceed in the same way for poles2 and 3.

If, for one or more measurements,the air gap value is less than orequal to 3 mm, the contactor mustbe replaced (on a new device, theair gap is 5.1 mm +0.5).

For reassembly,remove the standard nuts...

...reassemble the washers and theoriginal Nylstop nuts (do notassemble and disassemble theNylstop nuts more than twice).




adjustment With the contactor open,insert a 12.4 mm thick shim intothe air gap.

Simultaneously tighten the 2Nylstop nuts until theelectromagnet touches the shim.

Slightly loosen the nuts so that theshim can slide freely in the air gapof the two coils.
