Worked as a cashier for the service department. Some of my duties included cashing customers out, closing repair orders, input information for the Hawaii miles survey, making sure the multi-point inspection sheets were discussed with the customers and then given to them, and the customers were informed that they would receive a survey, filling out a spread sheet in Microsoft excel of the customers information and if the service advisor went over the multi-point inspection sheet, and I also would fill out a spread sheet for the manager so he could keep track of the car wash list and when the cars were done, and would help arrange shuttle pick-ups for customers, and would message the service advisors when the cars were done being washed so they could print out the paper work and have it ready. I also would radio the lot techs to bring up the customers cars for them, and keep track of the tags for the customer’s so I could track the cars progress for the customers if needed. I also answered phone calls, made appointments, and looked up radio calls for customers as well.

Worked at Panda express full time at the front counter and helping back of the house. My job entitled customer service, cash handling, cleaning, opening and closing the store, making bank runs for the manager, prepping and storing meat properly, cutting and prepping vegetables properly, food safety knowledge and practices, following recipes, cooking, proportioning food properly, help with training of new employees, being the Person In Charge (PIC) when manager was not at the store, and I’m a trusted, hard-working employee with a wide variety of job skills.

University of Washington Institute of Technology Tacoma Campus July 2009 – August 2009Internship

I helped researched twitter to help come up with algorithms to weed out important people on certain subjects set by a company with an instructor named Ankur on twitter, so that any company could type in a subject, select two algorithms to compare and see the users and there tweets about the subjects.

Volunteer Services

I volunteered at Boys & Girls Club as an instructor’s assistant and at Alterra helping take care of elderly Alzheimer’s patients. I also volunteered at a toy drive for Auburn Family Aid for several years helping with their annual toy/donations drive.
