the stock level for the product as desired level for planning scale target.

2- Achieving the plant KPI'S (M/C OEE, waste, quality…etc.)

3- Ability and flexibility to achieve urgent and peak volume orders.

4- Analysis and study the lines and machines Capacities and constraints and

put solution to defeat these constraints.

5- Ensure the continuous improvement of methods, tools and equipment of

production process.

6- Trace and analyze any gaps or production problems and implement the

suitable solutions followed by updating the SOP’S and OPL’S.

7- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary

aspects of the plant’s performance i.e. manpower utilization, waste and

machine efficiency.

4-Staff development and localization :

1- To maintain a healthy and budgeted manpower requirement and adhere to

the localization % in the business in lean and productive manner.

2- To ensure effective utilization for all the staff (shop floors& SV.) to meet

the cost of H/ Ton. And accomplish the off line works.
