to have succeeded in producing a three-layer solid parquet from a single hardwood and so to

combined all the advantages of solid and finished parquet in one product.

The Bergland-Parkett surface finish not only offers long-lasting protection for parquet flooring

but also forms a distinctive feature of its appearance. Depending on tastes and the area of use,

Bergland-Parkett offers various surface treatments - for guaranteed healthy living.

OIL/WAX

The surface finish emphasises the natural grain while the intensity of

the colour lends any living area a special aura - wild and free like nature

itself.

„BÄREN“ SEALING VARNISH

The elasticity of the seven coats of quality sealing guarantees extraor-

dinarily high resistance to wear and scratches. A sensational multiple

protection corresponding to the quality class for „heavily used floors“.

Because of the special method of application, the varnish penetrates

deeper and combines with the wood to form a lastingly elastic, extre-

mely robust surface. The durability of the parquet is extended by a

multiple.

In the species oak, ash, beech, maple, black walnut, pear and cherry

Bergland-Parkett meets the specifications for „Cfl – highly flame

resistant“ and „s1 – low smoke emissions“, thus complying with the

highest levels of saftey according to strict legal standards and classes

of fire protection. The floors are thereforce excellently suited for use

in the property sector and for attic extensions.

Special production techniques from Bergland-Parkett enable

„front-edge gluing“ as well as the previously used „side edge

gluing“ of the sections of 2-strip plank flooring. This provides

a substantially greater degree of protection against moisture

penetration and guarantees the highest possible stability.
