The CliQ and CliQ II series DIN Rail Power Supply are the latest offerings from one of the world’s largest leading power supply manufacturers and solution providers –Delta. The state-of-the-art design is made to withstand harsh industrial environments. The rugged, compact metal case and plastic case are both shock and vibration resistant according to IEC60068-2.

The CliQ and CliQ II series of products provide overvoltage, overload and over temperature protections. Using a wide input voltage range design, the power supplies are usable worldwide.

The built in Power Boost feature is the reserve power available constantly that allows reliable startup of loads with high inrush current.

The products in the CliQ and CliQ II Series come with conformal coating as standard, making them suitable for applications where dust, moisture, hazardous chemical particles and condensation are prevalent.

Redundancy SolutionThe Redundancy Solution ensures zero system down time for the customer when one of the power supply fails or is being disconnected unexpectedly. Under normal circumstances, both power supplies are each operating at approximately 50% load. When one fails, the other automatically takes over, thus providing 100% load and ensures that the system continues running.

The fault relay function alerts the user of any failure through potential free contacts. The LED lights on the Redundancy Modules (see page 24) also indicate the health of each individual power supply.

General Description

The new Redundancy Module DRR 20□ and DRR 40□ are the latest offering from one of the World’s No.1 Power Supply Company. The product offers a variable input & output voltage from 22-60V, a wide temperature range from -40°C to 80°C. The state-of-the-art design is made to withstand harsh industrial environments. The rugged, compact aluminium case is shock and vibration resistant according to IEC60068-2-6. Due to the wide input & output voltage range from 22 to 60Vdc, the Delta’s CliQ II Redundancy Module is able to support power supply in parallel operation. The DRR module has an alarm relay contact as an indicator.
