Définition d’une chute grave
• Chute responsable d’une intervention chirurgicale
• Chute répétée (> 2 / an)
• Chute à risque élevé de récidive
Risque de récidive de chute
• - une augmentation récente de la fréquence des chutes ;
• - un nombre de facteurs de risque de chute ≥ 3 (Cf encart)
• - un trouble de l’équilibre et/ou de la marche évalué par une station unipodale
• ≤ 5 secondes [1] et un score au timed up & go test [2] ≥ 20 secondes.
