CARACTÉRISTIQUE

TICELL®, le plafond alvéolaire métal-lique «tissé» est une grille à simple

peau, qui donne à chaque projet un de-sign particulier alliant légèreté et moderni-té. La surface des lames en aluminium est structurée par un processus spécial, pour que les bords de poinçonnement reflète la lumière, créant ainsi un effet optique unique. Le bon rapport entre la dimen-sion et la hauteur des cellules du plafond TICELL® permet de faire disparaître très effi-cacement l’infrastructure dans le plénum en garantissant un maximum de transpa-rence.

Les downlights à DEL représentés aux pages 16 et 17 peuvent être intégrés au plafond à partir des platines d’adaptation.

CHARACTERISTIC

TICELL® is a decorative single blade open cell ceiling system manufac-

tured from perforated aluminium blades pressed together, available in white, black or natural anodized finish the panels are non combustible and light in weight. The unique process in the way the aluminium blades are punched creates a woven structure finish; this results in daylight re-flecting off the exposed perforated edges producing a radiant effect. TICELL® is avail-able in two cell sizes to assist in obtaining the cut-off angle required to suit the individ-ual requirement to hide any services within the ceiling void.

The LED downlights shown on the pages 16 and 17 can be integrated into the ceiling with the help of modular panels.

Die „geflochtene“ Metallrasterdecke TICELL® ist ein Einstegraster, das jedem

Projekt ein individuelles Design von metal-lischer, moderner Leichtigkeit verleiht. Die Oberfläche der Aluminiumlamellen wird durch einen speziellen Prozess so struktu-riert, dass die Stanzkanten den Lichtfluss reflektieren und so für eine einzigartige Op-tik sorgen. Durch das Verhältnis von Zellen-maß und Zellenhöhe lässt TICELL® äußerst wirksam die Technik im Deckenhohlraum verschwinden und garantiert gleichzeitig ein Maximum an Lichtdurchlässigkeit.

Über Modulplatten können die auf den Sei-ten 16 und 17 dargestellten LED-Downlights in die Decke integriert werden.

MONTAGE

Les profilés porteurs U 94 sont suspendus avec un entraxe de 1 200 mm [600 mm]. L’entraxe des tiges filetées est d’env. 1 000 mm, la hauteur de suspension mini-male est de 150 mm. Les panneaux pré-montés sont encliquetés dans le rail por-teur U  94 avec les épingles-ressorts C  94. Tous les panneaux sont basculants.

Si la hauteur de suspension le permet, le montage peut se faire avec le porteur pri-maire U  1040 pour une meilleure rigidité transversale. Nous recommandons cette rigidité transversale pour chaque hauteur de suspension et cette dernière est obliga-toire à partir de 500 mm.

INSTALLATION

The carrier profiles U 94 are suspended at a distance of 1 200 mm [600 mm]. The distance of the threaded rods is approx. 1 000 mm, the suspension height 150 mm. The pre-assembled panel cells are snap-fitted into the carrier U 94 with the help of the spring panel hanger C  94. All panels can be hinged down.

The installation can be done by using the L-shaped primary carrier U  1040 for cross-bracing if the suspension height will allow it. We recommend this cross-bracing for every suspension height and for more than 500 mm, the use of the cross-bracing is nec-essary.

VERLEGUNG

Die Trageprofile U 94 werden im Abstand von 1 200 mm [600 mm] abgehängt. Der Abstand der Gewindestäbe beträgt ca. 1 000 mm, die Mindestabhängehöhe 150 mm. Die vormontierten Rasterfelder werden über die Haltefeder C 94 in die Tra-geschiene U 94 eingerastet. Alle Felder sind abklappbar.

Wenn es die Abhängehöhe zulässt, kann die Montage mit dem Rostwinkel U 1040 als Queraussteifung erfolgen. Wir empfehlen diese Queraussteifung bei jeder Abhänge-höhe und ab 500 mm ist sie notwendig.
