THM• Optimisation du réglage du respirateur

– réduire le volume courant (6-8 ml/kg…)– limiter les pressions (Pplat < 32 cmH2O)– utiliser une PEEP suffisamment élevée (≥ 10 cmH2O, max ?)– limiter les objectifs de PaO2 60-75 mmHg (donc utiliser le niveau le plus bas de FiO2)
