PROFILE

Monitoring, analysis and legal advice on the full range of issues such as information technology, medias, intellectual property, music publishing, consumer protection, EU privacy, e-commerce, marketing and advertising.

Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and management of wide variety of agreements, such as soft-ware licensing and maintenance agreements, contracts for the development and hosting of online services, outsourcing agreements, contracts for the delivery and for satellite capacity, contracts for the licensing and distribution of linear (Cable, Satellite, IPTV, OTT) and non-linear (VOD/SVOD) contents, audiovisual cooperation agreements, consulting agreements, NDA, contracts for au-dience measurements on-line and off-line, music publishing contracts, information technology charter, template agreements and terms and conditions.

Supervision of fees collection and distribution to right holders.

Management and monitoring of litigation. General experience with working in an international and multi-cultural working environment with geographically dispersed team members.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to professionally and concisely communicate (in writing and verbally) complex legal and business issues both inside and outside the company.

Capacity and strong desire to learn new things and quickly apply that knowledge to specific tasks.
